Absolutely amazing place with lots of local wine. Super humbled service that makes u feel like home. Relaxed atmosphere with outstanding food and wine. The wines are delicious and simply divine, the hosts -Andro and Lika, provide great recommendations based on what you tell them...your preferences are. And the prices are very reasonable. Without a doubt, it is worth visiting this establishment- so good you will want to return.More

We traveled as a couple and decided to check out this local winery because we have heard a lot of it. It truly turned out to be something incredible in terms of the incredibly friendly atmosphere and hospitality we received, and the quality of food...and wine! I have tried hundreds of different wines in Georgia's several wine regions and I can tell Andro's wines are on top of the top five! So, I very much encourage everyone to visit the place!More

Upon arrival you are met by the charming and intelligent host, depending on a season you are seated by the table with furnace, of the host's engineering. The food is excellent, cooked by the local lady, and wine testing starts from one to another, going...through the amazing flavors. Later one can visit the "MARANI" wine cellar and see and hear about ancient methodology of wine making and innovations implemented by the host. At the end of the visit you can buy the wine, you've tasted or more. Hand pick it in the cellar. Enjoy your visitMore

Had an amazing experience while visiting Andro’s winery. It was an amazing winery with the friendliest host and we were welcomed with such hospitality. Got to taste Andro’s amazing wines and got to know Georgian wine culture. What a magical night spent with amazing owner...in a lovely winery. When in Gori you must pay a visit to Andro’s winery and enjoy an evening with wonderful wines and people.More

Our visit to this winery and restaurant was the absolute highlight of our weeklong visit to Georgia. I’ve been to many wineries but l learned more and ate better food and drank better wine here than any other I’ve visited. Everyone told us we would...eat and drink well in Georgia. The best meal we had was here. Highly worth the time it takes to get there (and it’s not too far from Georgia’s former capital Mtskheta). Andro is a wonderful host and a real craftsman. Don’t miss this!More

We were hosted by Andros and Lika at their lovely winery. We were introduced to the variety of amazing concoctions curated by Andros, and blown away by their characters and complexity of taste and smell. After the tasting, we sat down to have a banquet...cooked by their neighbor. Will highly recommend anyone to make the trip specially to this place to be educated about the amazing things Andros is doing with his wines.More

It was my honor to be hosted by the founder of Wine Artisans, Andro Barnovi at his winery in Ateni, near Gori, Georgia. This unique winery is a place of natural wine and large variety of experimental blends. It is an unforgettable journey in the...world of wines. If you want to taste exceptional Georgian wine exported only in western Europe and Japan, you have to absolutely visit this place. Make reservations beforehand as the place is very popular among wine lovers.More

The one of the most unique experiences one can get in Georgian wine world. The knowledge of the wine artist Andro is above all expectations and he shares it generously, while offering his numerous wines for tasting. And the wines are charming! One can feel...the experienced hand of a winemaker, his curiosity, his love for experiments and respect of high quality. The vibe of Wine Artisans Chateau is friendly, warm and full of fun. We hated to think that we had to leave. But we believe the time will come and will meet Andro and his wine again!More
