Enjoy this seasonal food, made with fruits of the different regions of the state and "Nogada" a delicious sauce made of Castilla nuts. Top with little bit of pomegranate fruit and parsley. To crate the colors of Mexican flag. In a very traditional atmosphere of our colonial city. If you like sweet taste try it. During the year local colonial... More

Delicious food, great service, but if you order speghetti you will find out that they put sour cream on top of the speghetti. It taste great, but just be aware of this tidbit and ask not to have the sour cream put on it, if you don't want it with it.

A meal is about 150 Mexican pesos. Each portion is regular and some times it looks poor; but; it tastes really good. I am pretty sure ingredients are high in quality and organic. Pineapple juice is delicious. Try mole.

Staying in the hotel and read positive reviews. Ordered a la cartel may have been a mistake. Yogurt, fruit granola and coffee prices like NA hotels. Old fashion service. Won't be having a second breakfast there.

Our group of about 25 people stopped here for lunch during an organized tour of Puebla and Cholula. We were seated in a dining area with portraits of Spanish lords adorning the walls. The four-course lunch was included in the price of the tour. My lunch included cheese bread (melted cheese on a slice of toast bread), cream soup, tuna... More

We stopped into this place while on a tour of Puebla. Had the mole chicken and while the mole sauce was good, everything else was average. If I was back in town again I wouldn't give it another chance.

The food was very good and the pancakes were enormous! The room is also gorgeous with a glass domed ceiling and vintage architecture. The whole hotel is this way too. I felt very comfortable here.

We were staying at this historic hotel, which we liked, and ate here on our night of arrival. We don't usually eat in hotel restaurants, but we were tired and hadn't yet explored. We had a roast chicken dish and a roast pork dish. Both were dry, even though the pork was smothered in a rather non-descript gravy and accompanied... More

Very good food, friendly service and a great setting. We enjoyed a four course lunch at a very reasonable cost. Our evening meal was served at short notice and again the service was excellent, the food great. Mole is their specialty; while I'm not a great fan, it is very popular.
