Our Puebla dining experience has been exceptional. I am running out of superlatives. The food at Entre Tierras was creative, beautifully presented and delicious - our best meal yet. The service was excellent. Charming surroundings and a great bar for a drink after dinner.

Entre Tierras is a beautiful and delicious restaurant that welcomes customers with an original quarry carved font and a "retablo" from a Pueblan church in an architectural blend of Baroque and contemporary styles building. Food is exquisite, based on traditional folk Mexican cuisine with a touch of contemporary flavor. Try a "chile en nogada" in September of any or the... More

Our hotel recommended this restaurant, and we are very glad we tried it. We are also glad that we did not bring the kids or this place would have cost us a fortune. The food was delicious, but the portions were small which made this the priciest restaurant we visited in Puebla. I would describe this as New Mexican Cuisine... More

We really enjoyed this restaurant. Great service, wonderful dishes and happily accommodated the two vegans in our party including changing the amuse bouche to fit their diet. Also liked the inventive gin and tonic options. Great location in the old area of Puebla.

Our favorite meal during our week long trip to Mexico. Beautiful setting along with attentive and friendly service were great but the highlight was the food. The beef chalupas and the mushroom escabeche were unreal to start. The lamb meatballs and quail mole dishes were out of this world. The quail dish is a top-5 lifetime plate.

Exotic menu made it hard to choose as everything was new and different. I had the appetizer sampler so I could taste a number of things. It was excellent and filling.

This place offers a rich variety of classic Mexican dishes. The modern interpretation of it makes the place unique. There is a range of vegetarian options.

Description
At our artisanal kitchen, the essential flavors are turned into new forms that keep their roots in the ancestral Mexico, with the best possible that our land can provide us. This is Entre Tierras, a place where the farmers can bring their produce, because they know it will be appreciated. Our chefs are the trustees that in an act of passion transform into vibrant dishes that speak about the love for our Mexican Cuisine. Our patrons come, not only for the pleasure to enjoy our food, but because they know that behind each of our dishes are the producers and cooks that love and respect our philosophy. That's the reason they come over, to celebrate the pleasure of eating.

In our traditional mexican cuisine you will find a variety of dishes and desserts created especially for you, with careful hand we rescue the best fruits with ancestral stories and unique benefits of our land. By retaining the secret achieving a stronger tradition of alchemy of flavors, textures, aromas, that challenge what is already known caring nutritional values.
