Even though the place is very nice and is really well located, I was very disappointed with the food and service. We had a late lunch here and even though the restaurant was not full, the service was terrible. First off, we had to remind them twice to bring our drinks. I ordered a soup and a corn and the... Although the food atmosphere and attention were excellent the exchange rate for the credit card charge was artificially manipulated to increase the actual amount charged. Extremely poor. When questioned the staff acknowledged that this was true.

I had the Lasagna with red cabbage and eggplant which was excellent as was well as the cream of corn soup. My wife had a side order of wild mushrooms in a red wine reduction that was excellent. The arracheras was very good as was the fish. All dishes were plated very nicely. The service was good in that they... More

The place is gorgeous, as a tourist you will certainly enjoy the venue... however, staff did struggle when dealing with a large (12 people) group... by the time the waiter finished serving coffee, people who were served first were already asking for more coffee... half the people said that there was an issue with what they ordered: either it was... This place is amazing! It is the only restaurant I had come across in my travels with a vegetarian menu and waiters who could explain the menu in English. The choices are plentiful and the waiters such as Christian who served me couldn't do enough. The cheese and mushrooms tortilla starter is great as was the vegetarian lasagne. I'd also... More

My husband and I enjoyed a four course meal here, beginning with a Mushroom Caprice that was a delight. We followed that with a beautiful salad (see pictures), vegetables cooked in parchment, a steak with mashed potatoes with squash blossom, and Crepes Suzette for dessert. Attentive and friendly service made for a very special evening.

This high class restaurant has a decadent atmosphere and a service to match. The menu will serve a mixture of Mexican food with a twist and classic Western dishes. It's the sort of place that'll give you a basket of bread and each of the breads will be different and each will be delicious. There is an English language menu,... More

The food presentation was beautiful and the service was great. We also thought the food was really good. My husband liked the mole poblano. The location is close to the Zocalo.

Our Puebla dining experience has been exceptional. I am running out of superlatives. The food at Entre Tierras was creative, beautifully presented and delicious - our best meal yet. The service was excellent. Charming surroundings and a great bar for a drink after dinner.

At our artisanal kitchen, the essential flavors are turned into new forms that keep their roots in the ancestral Mexico, with the best possible that our land can provide us. This is Entre Tierras, a place where the farmers can bring their produce, because they know it will be appreciated. Our chefs are the trustees that in an act of passion transform into vibrant dishes that speak about the love for our Mexican Cuisine. Our patrons come, not only for the pleasure to enjoy our food, but because they know that behind each of our dishes are the producers and cooks that love and respect our philosophy. That's the reason they come over, to celebrate the pleasure of eating.
