We don't go for the more expensive restaurants normally but seeing as it was the last day of the trip we thought we would take the plunge. We were presently surprised by the quality of the food. Yes it was a bit more than usual on the wallet, but the service was absolute quality. Even the manager at one point... More

You can come blindfolded and pick whatever you find on the menu. It´ll all be good and with the best quality ingredients from the region. Let´s talk about Slow Food seriously

We saw the reviews and some other people eating, so thought we'd give it a try. I think there must be better dishes but I asked for "enchiladas" and to be honest it was so unlike what I expected. I ordered also the "chanclas" and they were SO greasy.

We chose this restaurant for its central location and the mole sampler on the menu. I myself tried the robalo (sea bass) and a verdolagas (purslane) salad. Both excellent. My family also gave the mole sampler high scores. Service was also very good.

Had a wonderful lunch at the mural-our waiter Javier was worthless -so the capitan took over and was amazing!!! The food was well prepared and very tasty-a little expensive to Mexican standard but well worth it-a definite must!

We came across this place thanks to TripAdvisor and it was an excellent choice. The Mole was excellent, I had a Mole Enchiladas with chicken and they were the best I had on that weekend. Is a must if you want to have a typical Mexican-regional meal, good service, but beware, is crowded so is better if you have a... More

After visiting the Pyramid of the Sun, we arrived around 2.30pm in Puebla for lunch. The restaurant was recommended by TripAdvisor, so we gave it a change. On arrival the waiting space was crowded, but we where immediately helped to make a reservation for asap. The ambience was calm and happy. There is a big bathtub with small cold beers... More

Service is pretty laid back and can be a bit sluggish. Margaritas were excellent. Try the mole tasting menu - it is excellent. Liked it enough went back the second day.
