good food, nice place, but a little pricy, I had a nice breakfast. The location is excellent right down town.

all the time, before to go to a restaurant, we read reviews first, so we decided to go there for breakfast. Since we got there, customer service was great. It seems that you are important for them, no matter what are you wearing. I love to dress simple ( pans and t-shirt) other people were wearing suits. anyways, we had... More

Our favorite restaurant in Puebla--we went twice during our week there. Really smart, bright food & lovely presentations. The wine list is to die for. The mole poblano is an especially layered dish with just the right touch of heat and a slight bitterness from the chocolate. The pear & jicama salad was a delight, as was the molten chocolate... Beautiful classic mexican restaurant as if Pancho Villa Porfirio Diaz and Emiliano Zapata would enter any momento with the China Poblana. The service is outstanding. The quality of the food a bit disappointing considering the high price rating. The Mixiote of fish (Robalo) was lacking taste of fish. The Sopa de quintoniles was served cold on the cold quintoniles leaves.... More

The restaurant is spectacular and, as its name suggests, has highly decorative murals along its walls. It was recommended as THE place to sample Mole Poblano which is dark rich sauce including chocolate which is added to whichever meat you choose. We found it a bit too rich. Unfortiunattely both of us became unwell afterwards but whether that was secondary... More

This place was recommended by a stranger we met while sightseeing. The food was fantastic and the service was great. Overall lovely décor. Plates were reasonably priced and plentiful and great choices for beverages. The servers were attentive without being intrusive. We would recommend this place to anyone staying in Puebla.

We enjoyed the drinks, quesadillas, service and setting. However the entree of chicken enchiladas in mole sauces was nothing to shout about. The sauces were good but the chicken had no flavor at all and was a bit dry. The salads were fairly plan also. Was expecting something more exciting.

Top notch Mexican food delivered with a high standard of service in lovely surroundingfs, Excellent selection of aperitifs, wine and after dinner drinks. I got to sample a couple of quality Mescal options to assist me in selecting my aperitif. You could easily miss it from the street even though it is really central and quite close to the cathedral.... More

Extortionists. I've lived in Puebla for seven years and patronized this restaurant many times with visiting guests, but after my family's last visit, I won't eat here again. The food here is generally OK but overpriced for Puebla; they have been streamlining the menu, making the portions smaller and more basic especially over the past two years while eliminating extras... I love this place. Food is authentic, tastes like home made and showcases one of Mexicos top cuisine: Puebla. The place is very nice. I recommend the three different types of enchiladas. Do not miss this place.
