A friend had made reservations for us, and we went not knowing what to expect. Service and food were excellent, as well as drinks. We liked it so much that we went back for lunch twice more. The Lengua (tongue) was outstanding, as were some...More

Excellent Mexican cuisine. Seating inside and out. Their mole is famous, so famous that you can go to their gourmet store attached and purchase mole ready to take in your suitcase and cookbooks too.

Sadly this was the one poor experience we had on our recent trip to Puebla. The reservation was made by our concierge. The food just wasn’t very good - lacking in flavor of all things. And service was mediocre - with some in our party...More

The venue and service is really good. We first went in here to get drinks on the balcony over looking the sunday market. We went back the next night for dinner. Sadly the food was average Mexican. Our starters and mains came "drowned" in sauce....More

We really liked the look of the restaurant, and old Casona fully renovated, the food is good and the prices are fair. Located at the heart of plazuela de los sappos. Service was just ok, could be better.

Outstanding! First of all the service and ambiance are casual, elegant, cool and reserved. The menu is creative with a traditional base. The wine selection is also decent. I went especially for the "medallón de res con huilacoche". The plate was sublime. The César Salad...More

Restuaro was our best meal in Puebla. We shared mostly fish: tacos de stun, grilled fish with garlic sauce, salmon with Caribbean sauce. All great. One would think that fish would be less available on the east side of Mexico City, but we had great...More

Monday is quiet in this restaurant but we had great service. Our waiter had an assistant who heard us ask for a Mexican about a particular wine and suggested an alternative, not too much more but worth the extra. We enjoyed no less than 6...More

This hotel was recommended by the front office manager in our hotel (the Rosewood) as being a more modern take on the typical local cuisine. It didn't disappoint, we both enjoyed the meal and service in a pleasantly decorated room (it was just a bit...More
