This restaurant was amazing. It’s in the Arts District. The service was excellent. We had the guacamole, salsa, carne asada and the melted cheese. All was excellent. There was not a wait and the staff was very friendly.

Set in the quiet and elegant courtyard of the Hotel Natalia, Mi Cocina restaurant is a true find. The menu is a blend of Mexican and Continental cuisine, always fresh and always beautifully presented by the attentive staff. The ambiance is beautiful and welcoming, set...among tall palm trees inside the courtyard. Always worth a visit when in Cabo.More

6 of us gals had dinner here during the Labor Day weekend and had a great experience. We felt safe with their COVID precautions in place. Social distancing the tables and the staff had masks, gloves and plastic face screens. Took our temp upon arrival....The multiple salsas served with the chips and tortillas were wonderful and very flavorful. Margaritas were tasty and they even topped us off with more tequila as we drank them! Staff was friendly and helpful with menu questions. Food was quite tasty and servings were more than adequate. Nice casual place for dining!More

Had dinner with friends tonight and I had the enchiladas, I was hoping for a bean sauce, it was bean something, but this had a weird taste, and not pleasant to eat, it just wasn’t good, one of us had the chicken dish and said...it was good, and the other had catch of the day which he said was good also. They brought our drinks and got our orders but I had to ask them twice to clear our table, they were standing around 3 of them talking instead of seeing if the meal was ok or clearing our plates. My tequila sunrise was terrible. Very nice setting and ambiance.More

Delightful, relaxing, colorful, indoor-outdoor experience; and terrific live music. Be sure to order a famous Margarita.

The marketing must have to do with the local hotels because the reccomendation was nowhere near the reality. Unprofessional and not in a charming way. Expensive, cold food and poor quality.

The menu shows an amazing list of dishes from around Mexico, but the food itself was very disappointing. The mango margaritas tasted like over-sweetened fruit puree than a margarita. The sopes were passable. The queso fundido was extremely disappointing and unlike any queso fundido I've...eaten anywhere else in Mexico. The seafood soup was good and the sea bass was passable. The food by itself would perhaps earn 2 stars but the rest of the experience knocks it down to a single star. The restaurant allows beggars in to solicit the customers... a gal walked around the restaurant handing guests a clipboard however the sheet of paper on the clipboard was her "plea" for money and a place to point to how much you wished to give her. The entertainer was a gal dressed in typical dress from the mainland but instead of singing to the entire restaurant she walked around with a large speaker and set it up near tables and then proceeded to sing and dance right next to the table, very in your face and trying to pull people from their tables to dance with her. A gentleman walked around with his canaries, Maria and Pepe, who would pick a fortune from a tray so you could say "a little bird told me"... the fortunes were long and cheesy. Both the "little bird told me" and the dancer felt like a plea to solicit tips and not something we expected from a restaurant charging the prices they charge.More

Had an early dinner here one night and found it very enjoyable. I was surprised to see the negative reviews on TripAdvisor because our experience was very good -- excellent service, good food, tasty Margaritas, relaxing atmosphere. Because we were so early (5:00 p.m.), there...were few other diners and it was very quiet. Tables are located in a courtyard that is not visible from the street, but take a walk in and check it out. Buen provecho!More

Read the reviews on tripadvisor & decided to have dinner with my wife at 7 pm. We attended the art walk & at 6:55 pm stepped into the restaurant. We were seated immediately. The first thing that grabbed our attention was the loud rock music...from a neighboring club. It over powered the Mexican music from Mi Casa. Second, we were amazed by how many different vendors were within the restaurant; blowup balloon guy, birds in cages & mariachi band. So, we were seated at 7 pm but a waiter did not visit our table until 7:20 pm & our drinks were not delivered until 7:45 pm. I ordered a frozen margarita. It tasted like frozen water. Our food was mediocre at best.More
