Our family enjoyed the food and our experience at LaPintada. Our waiter Miguel Alejandro was superb. Extra attentive and made delicious recommendations.

We found this place by accident, and boy are we glad we did. The concierge at the hotel we stay at was suppose to make reservations at Edith’s for our anniversary, but somehow mixed Edith’s with La Pintada which is owned by the Edith family....I look at the reviews on Trip Advisor and the pictures of the place and decided one more decision on vacation I won’t have to make. When we arrived I felt like I was coming into a family home. We were greeted outside and whisked to our table like we were old friends. The wait staff was excellent, going over the menu giving us idea’s and generally listing to us. The place is a converted brewery with craft beers on tap, yes you read that correctly craft beers on tap. It is open and bright not the over the top bright but just enough that I didn’t have to break out the flashlight app to read the menu, price of getting old. I ordered the Tuna steak for dinner. When the plate arrived at first the runner place it I guess upside down and the manager immediately came over and spun it around for the correct presentation, I would have never known. I swear the perfectly cooked Tuna must have been 12 + oz, with veggies and a baked potato made to look like a whales Tail. My wife had the Imperial Shrimp special with salad and dessert. The 4 jumbo bacon wrapped shrimp were more than she could eat. If you are looking for a great off of the tourist track I highly suggest this place for good food and drink at a very reasonable price, and you can’t beat the service. If you go and also have a great time, please let others know about it, I love to support places trying to do it right.More

If you are like me and a "Beer Snob", traveling to areas not known for craft beer can be difficult. When I came to Cabo for the first time, I pretty much figured it would be Pacifico for days and days, which is fine. It...has it's time and place. I then stumbled across La Pintada. It's near the beginning of the main drag in the downtown part of Cabo. If you are familiar with Edith's, and Edith's chain of restaurants, you will enjoy La Pintada and their scaled down menu so that your beer experience is enjoyable. You won't find anything fresh hopped or barrel aged here, but the beers are good representation of standard craft beers. I'd say their strengths are with the Stouts, but this last trip, the IPA was more hop forward this time. They have a decent mix of draft and bottle to choose from. If you can get in on a night when "Aloha" is waiting tables, you will have an unforgettavle night. His wit and humor will make your evening. As always, Edith knows how to create a comfort feel. Her sense of decor is on point. sure, there are other craft breweries to check out in Mexico, even in the Baja, but my money is on Aloha and the staff at La Pintada.More

My husband and I walked to this delightful restaurant after shopping. It is not far from the mall parking garage. The staff were very friendly and attentive. After being greeted and temperatures taken, we were led to a table with menus given to us immediately....Once our drink orders were taken, we were surprised by on the house, beautiful enpanadas that were delicious. My husband had the executive meal, which included salad or soup (he chose the soup, which I also sampled). It was amazing! We both ordered the burgers, which have been the best by far that we have had in Cabo! My husband also had the side of fries, which were crisp and very tasty. The waiters were very attentive and accommodating, offering extra garnishes, such as jalapeños and a special salsa containing peppers. My husband also shared his house dessert that had a very enjoyable presentation and was quite delicious as well. Prices are very reasonable. We will be back before this vacation is over.More

We stopped here because our reservation at another restaurant did not go through. They say things happen for a reason! Absolutely! All 4 of us had amazing meals, but I am going to tell you, the tuna was a gastronomic delight! I will be back...here every time we are in Cabo! ❤️More

This restaurant is yet another fantastic representation of Edith's impeccable attention to detail found in any of the restaurants she owns. We started the evening entering this establishment with a warm greeting from Roberto and slowly progressed through an education of the wonderful world of...Mezcal. Efrain's knowledge of the history and different flavors made the tasting fun. We were also treated with a surprise dish served only on Fri, Sat & Sun. The 1/4 suckling pig was one of the most tender meats and delicious dinning experiences of our trip. Zaul finished our night off by creating a craft cocktail made with our favorite Mezcal of the evening. The staff here are such fun to be around and have made La Pintada a must stop everytime we visit Cabo.More

This was always a must do stop for us. On our last trip we realized that our favorite appetizer has been downgraded, the Platon. It used to be amazing. Given that they've removed some items from it, it's enough to keep us from going again....If we are in Cabo for a few weeks, we may stop in again, but if just a week, I'll pass. I'm sad about it, but there are other amazing restaurants in Cabo and we will keep going to them. The flank steak is delicious here. Their salsa's are tasty. The fish of the day is amazing, but all whole grilled fish in Cabo is amazing.More
