I have been here before and happily enjoyed my most recent return visit. I enjoyed the Mexican omelette with fruit and hot tea. The ambience and decor is simple yet pleasant. Prices are quite reasonable by San Miguel de Allende standards at $6.75, although not...inexpensive given it is Mexico. The staff is polite and helpful. I will go again.More

Awesome spinach omelette with goat cheese, comes with a fruit platter and coffee for less than 8 US$. Simply great and they have wifi as well.

This place is magical, food is fresh and tasty! Was a great complement having the opportunity to listen to the beautiful voice of Yoremem who was there playing great music with her guitar. Service is outstanding.

Small cafe with great food and drinks. Love the Jugo Verde (green juice) and Mexicana omelette. Husband loves the Huevos Rancheros. Very affordable.

Our party of six was staying in a house just around the corner from Cafe Oso Azul. We were looking for a hearty breakfast last on Sunday morning, saw the reviews on TripAdvisor, and stopped in. This was a real find. With just a few...minute wait, we were seated and served a delicious breakfast. The pancakes and French toast were excellent, as were the omelets and huevos rancheros. The OJ was freshly squeezed and the coffee was superb. This little cafe was a real find. Highly recommended for breakfast.More

I stopped by the other day and wanted some pancakes, which have been mostly hit and miss during my travels in Mexico. I decided to give this place a shot after seeing some of the pictures people uploaded and went for the "hotcakes," and they...were superb. I got the combo that included coffee, OJ, and a side of artisanal sausage. The sausages were so tasty that I ordered an additional order. My only regret was not having the time to return.More

worth a visit for a good breakfast. I arrived as soon as it opened on a Saturday morning and they had a man playing the guitar and singing.

What a cute place in the back garden. The perfect venue for breakfast. We had a delicious omelette and the cappuccino was perfect. They have a lady playing the guitar softly. Service was great.

Peaceful spot for breakfast considering it’s on such a busy street. Extensive breakfast menu plus quite a few lunch offerings. Service is pleasant. Prices are reasonable.

We came here once the holiday line-ups started at Cumpleano (sp)? the Italian Bakery which is the super trendy (and good) breakfast and lunch place in SMA presently. Even though this looks unassuming the food is excellent as are the smoothies and especially the hot...chocolate. Service is great and friendly tooMore

We had breakfast on our last day in San Miguel and we were very happy to have had breakfast there. We were there with friends and we were all happy with our food the cappuccinos were great, the quiche and French toast are stand out...dishes and worth mentioning. They open at 8:30 so if your an early riser it will be worth the wait.More

One of the locals recommended this restaurant and we ordered azteca soup and mole with chicken. The soup was bland and the mole was so bad I sent it back and didn’t even order another dish. The chicken was like rubber and the mole was...so watery and tasteless.More

We were in San Miguel for the day and we were looking for lunch places. We ordered mole and azteca soup. Both dishes were bland. I have had azteca soup in many restaurants but I was not impressed with the taste. The chicken in the...mole was terrible and the mole was very diluted in water to the point that we returned the food. The waitress asked to switch the order but we decided to go somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend this place.More

This has been my spot for breakfast lately. Smoothie & omelette. It’s simple but good. Nice little courtyard to enjoy. Lady playing guitar & signing sends the ambience to next level. She is amazing.
