It was Sunday, special event (Dia del Loco parade) so couldn't find any open cafes. Great Cafe Latte, with real milk. (it seems hotel coffees always watery) Menu looks good and had a signboard explaining the Russian dishes in detail (English)

Delicious food, handmade pelmeni was amazing! And the best cakes in Mexico I've tried! Vera is very nice host, I learned a lot about the city from her.

I'm never disappointed with Vera's Borscht. It comes with pumpernickle bread, a small potatoe salada, sour cream for the soup, and more. Her cakes and pastries are legendary!

Friendly service and delicous deserts. The soup was a pleasant surprise on a cool wet day. The Napoleon cake has to be mentioned as a must try also.
