Today I went to Petit Four, they m. The new location is super charming! In addition to the wonderful sweets and croissants, now they have breakfast, salads and delicious juices. Worth for sure to go! They are in Calle Jesus.

Nice place very busy ,nice settings food wasn’t great surprisingly , ordered salad was nothing exciting just very weird combination of Swiss cheese in salad ? Didn’t get it sorry .
We like this place for breakfast. Excellent coffee and a croissant or Danish is just like France. Decadent cakes and tarts for afternoon coffee or to take home for dessert. Prices are very reasonable for such high quality.
The desserts here are worthy of 11 stars. The best pastries I have ever eaten. If you are going to gain weight ...do it with pleasure. This place is heavenly.
It’s a perfect quaint little café with very good French style pastries. I’m from Paris so I’ll vouch for the pastries and you will trust me on that one. The espresso is very good and smooth. The place is a typical lovely San Miguel de...Allende sweet spot. I came a few times then returned a few more it’s definitely a sure bet.More
The finest imported butter and top quality ingredients are what makes the pastries and devine chicolates sold in this establishments at parr with the best of Paris! The Danish pastries especially the ones with almond paste are something to rave about. The bitter-sweet chocolate covered...citric fruits and liqour stuffed truffles arte sublime.More
Best in SMA, well yes!...but Petit Four's pastries can hold their own anywhere! I'm partial to almond croissants in the AM, and they are divine...but then, so is everything else! We have been going for years but this year, our daughter was married in SMA...and we asked Paco to provide the cake and a pastry table. Tables and tiers full of the most delectable array were devoured (how often do the guests actually eat many of the sweets? Ours did!!! ooh-ing and aww-ing and trying another.) The cake was sublime! Paco also provides cooking lessons that are the superb culinary experience! You meet him at the market and he takes you on a tour of local produce and purveyors and you taste your way as you fill his bags with fresh items to cook. In his al fresco kitchen, you learn and chop and taste your way to the table, overlooking the city, for a most scrumptious meal. Everyone agrees, it is as much full cultural experience as it is about cooking. I had done this in the past and sent wedding guests this trip - no one is anything other than delighted!! Did I mention that Paco is adorable and charming and so much fun? Paco and Petit Four are treasures not to be missed when visiting San Miguel. The Trip Advisor Format is so limiting! Disregard my answers for the questions - we were not there for only family, only breakfast only 2019. I regretted even starting the optionals - and you can't go back! The important thing is that you will be very happy with a visit to El Petit Four. Yes, there is limited seating, so be flexible - eating the delicacies on a bench or at home do not detract from the experience. However, the coffee really is delicious, too!More
Another recommended must stop in SMA from yours truly. After our first visit, we swore we'd eat dessert here everyday! But then woke up the next day to see that they were closed (it was a Monday) -- devastation! But on Tuesday we found ourselves...there again. Their Tres Leches cake, per sworn verbal testimony and devouring speed, is the best in the world. Whereas I personally thought their baileys and chocolate cheese cake was one of the best I've ever tasted. So creamy, smooth and not too thick. Have you ever ate a dessert slow just to feel and taste every chew? You will here. Get your desserts with cofffee and sit at the two top nearest the window.More
Nice pasteria if you can get one of four tables outside; very small location. The desserts and pasteries are good. Service is ok. Nice respite if you get a table outside.
A nice stop for sweets abd coffee after dinner or a walk into town. The typical French pasteries are limited in selection compared to Paris - but what they have is the best in Centro. The apple tart, eclair and cream puffs were very good....Coffee was also good. Service is excellent!More
