Tio Lucas is a wonderful place to go for Jazz music and a late night cocktail. The margaritas and custard flan are excellent. They also have excellent food. We love their steak shish kabob and their excellent salads. They usually feature excellent JAZZ musicians. We enjoy their table side Caesar Salad and flambe presentations. The service is good.

I have been no less than 5 times to this restaurant and left happy every time. Food is really good and at nights you will most surely find a jazz trio playing good music,(i.e. not muzak stuff)

Max has kept his standards high for many years in San Miguel and always welcomes his guests warmly as old friends. Steaks are his specialty and never fail to please. Caesar salad is incorrectly made at your table with yellow mustard, not Dijon. Margaritas need to be ordered with a particular tequila or you will be knocked out on your... More

Four of us ate here twice. The first nice I was not hungry so just had a bowl of Aztec soup. The soup was flavorful and the portion large. The owner came by twice to chat and check on us. He obviously loves his restaurant. The decor is great: beautiful leather chairs and lots of Day of the Dead figurines.... More

When we moved to SMA lots of the older expat retired group said this was "the place" for the best steak dinner in town. I'm not sold. There is better in my opinion at a better price. HOWEVER this is a great place to eat or even go to chill and just have drinks. It is located directly across from... More

This was our fifth or sixth time here over the past several years. The manager/dooman's reply to an issue we had was dismissive and unapologetic. We started with vodka martinis which came out with gin instead of vodka...not a huge deal. We drank them anyway and didn't send them back. We told the server and told him we didn't mind.... More

I have not eaten at TL...yet. It is an inviting venue across the street from the Teatro. A great location. I have been there twice to listen to the music, and get the Irish coffee. A local blog recommended the coffee. I am not a big after dinner drink person. But, the taste and presentation of this libation is worth... More

They serve food as in the 80's when presentation wasn't important, now dishes look goo. The place itself is beautiful and service is very friendly and professional, the food isn't bad but it's time to bring a new chef who knows what he's actually doing.
