Great wine list, helpful staff, good food - but fell short of what I had hoped for. Small dining area, with lots of overflow noise from the hotel bar area.

This location is no longer open. It is replaced by The Grill. No one at the Ritz Carlton would give any details.

Outstanding restaurant - great decor, awesome food, and spectacular service. Albeit pricey being a Spago and being inside Ritz Carlton - but worth it. Highly recommend.

We had dinner with friends at Spago. It was a birthday dinner, and the staff went overboard to make it special. It is pricey, but the food quality, inventiveness, and service were spot on. We all enjoyed it very much!

Food was quite good. Service? That's another story. A waiter spilled a glass of wine on my buddy and just walked away. Only five tables being served but had to make a cattle call to get waiter to our table. Perhaps it was just a bad night for the team.

The food and service were both excellent. The menu was short but well thought out (typical of a WP restaurant) and the food was top notch. Nice place to go if you have some $ to spend.

Our go to lunch location when skiing Beaver Creek. Outside dining slope side. Fab food. Ok service. Incredible views. Highly recommended and no more pricey than mountain food. And while not necessary they take reservations.

So sad to say, this once fine establishment of impeccable cuisine no longer holds the rating with me. The food was ho-hum and the service subpar. I was extremely disappointed in our time spent there. Would not go back and this has been one of my favs for a long time.

Been coming skiing to Beaver Creek from the UK for a few years. Over the fortnight we try to sample all sorts of local cuisine. Each year we make a special visit to Splendido and this time we also went to Wolfgang Puck's Spago. Booked dinner for two and was looking forward to something special. Picked up by the BC... More

Master Chef Wolfgang Puck teamed up with the award-winning Ritz-Carlton to open a Colorado outpost of his legendary Spago at The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch. Spago continues to set the standard for cuisine, service and style. Chef Jared Montarbo creates imaginative, California cuisine with regional, European and Asian influences in a sophisticated, warm environment crafted by esteemed New York-based hospitality designer Tony Chi. The menu features Spago's classics from over the years and Wolfgang's childhood favorites - Organic Salmon Steamed "Hong Kong" Style and Veal "Wiener Schnitzel"- as well as new signature dishes locally inspired by the surrounding environment with as many ingredients from the area as possible. The 4,400 square foot restaurant features a hip and sophisticated 34-seat bar and lounge which is the ideal place to see and be seen.

Spago closes for the 2015 Winter Season on March 31st, 2015 and reopens for the 2015 Summer Season on July 1st, 2015.
