Food was delicious and service was great. There was a 16% fee added to the bill, which was mistaken for an added gratuity. The woman working the register was incredibly rude about this, making a scene in the middle of the restaurant. We speak Spanish...and so there were no language issues here. I was stunned at the energy of this person and how this misunderstanding was handled. Once the issue was made clear, that the added 16% was a tax(which is supposed to be already factored into the menu prices) and not an added gratuity, I tipped over 20%, as I nearly always do, having worked in the service industry. I will never return to this restaurant after such a scene. Ever.More

Crossaint was dry but they wouldn’t replace it, even though we didn’t finish it. Food was mediocre. Service was terrible. They charge us twice.More

Hi Wanderer! All of our bakery is ALWAYS a fresh produce: no exception, since forever. We would have understood if you didn't like it, (or not?) as soon as our staff brought it to your table, and not at the end of your meal. About...More

The quality of the food is really really good. We ordered the mexican bowl (YUMMY), the pancakes (Amazing) and the Chilaquiles (also sooo delicious) and everything presented in a beautiful way. What I liked the most was the cappuccino and the coffee which was really...good (saying that as European;-). We were really lucky because we did not have to wait for a table but about half an hour later it good so full with lots of people waiting in a line. Go there before 10 am to avoid waiting too long.More

We went as a family of three (including 1 y/o toddler) and were seated right away. Nice location, extensive menu and reasonable prices. We ordered three entrees, smoothie bowl, a coffee and matcha latte. We waited about 45 minutes for the food and had to...remind the server a couple of times for our waters. Overall good experience but had we known the wait was going to be that long we would have gone closer to when they first opened.More

I have no clue how this place has such rave reviews. Overall: Let’s start with the positives - kind waitstaff, cute design, and excellent juice smoothies (tropical breeze and wild forest). However, the downfall is the food. The specifics: We got the salmon florentine and...super bowl (with açaí). The salmon dish came recommended by the server and was just so bad. The salmon itself was not smoked as advertised but completely cooked like seafood. The poached egg was overcooked and not runny, and the hollandaise sauce was just melted butter — oh, and why are you putting bacon on smoked salmon?! The açaí in the bowl was an odd consistency. I’ve been to Brazil and eaten my weight in açaí, it should be smooth and well blended. This was chunky and not even that cold. To top it off, it’s as though they grabbed every “healthy” sounding fruit and nut and threw it on top. It was a mishmash of randomness. Ok, my rant is done. This place is seriously not worth the 5 stars it’s getting. I would recommend asking if they can do smoothies to go and skipping it altogether for food.More

We had high expectations after reading about this restaurant in a web post, but were sorely disappointed. On the plus side, the coffee, bread and my English breakfast were great (more or less). We waited approximately 45 minutes for our meal though, no doubt due...to the large takeout order that arrived after us. Worst though was that my wife’s Avocado toast arrived stone cold. Service was friendly but inattentive - no one approached us between the time our order was taken and food arrived 45 minutes later. No apologies or explanation offered.More

Great brunch! I would definitely recommend this place for a trip. There will be a wait, but it’s worth it. The food was fresh and tasty.

The great advantage is the ability to work with good WiFi and you only need to order a coffee. It's hard to find such a tolerant place to work all over Tulum!

This morning Me and my husband went to Delcielo for breakfast very exited to try the new place. We went there with our certify Service dog, Coco, little female shitzu and the waitress at the door , very rude and unwelcome, told us that we...couldn't come in because they didn't aloud dog.We told her and explain she was a service dog, we show the ID card certifications etc, and she refuse to let us seat outside in the patio, to be precise! We asked to talk to the owner or the manager and she said they were not there, something we didn't believe. With a service animal NOBODY can deny service, for no reasons. We went to a doctor with our Service dog, and restaurants to Hotel zone!We will never try to go there again and I will make sure I spread the word on how rude and unwelcome the stuff is. And FYI for the owner or the Manager, train your stuff to be informed about Service animals since they have no clue!! Do not go there, there are many other amazing and better places in Tulum than this one with a MUCH better service.More
