Great ambience

While driving back from Chichen Itza I asked my son to find a place to eat. He picked Italian and we ended up here. The restaurant is along a narrow bumpy road amongst other high end restaurants. Very good decor (outdoors) and some live music....Great ambience. An amazing bathroom (and air conditioned). We each had ravioli; his lemon ravioli was fantastic, my spicy crab was good. We shared a bottled water. The only downside was the $161 bill and $13 for parking (across the street). This was a surprise but I don't regret it; just won't be back unless it is a special occasion.More

HIGHLY RECOMMEND, amazing spot in Tulum!

My wife and I came here as part of our honeymoon and the meal was incredible. We’re vegetarian and ordered the eggplant, the parole salad, and the spicy vodka rigatoni and it was all to die for. Girl dinner for adults.

Tulum

After hopping around extremely loud party restaurants & cancelling 2 reservations we ended up here at Parole. We started with a ricotta meatball and then had some delicious fettuccine carbonara with a mushroom risotto. Our server Emilio Antonio provided some amazing service. Great music and...ambiance! Delicious pasta !!!

This place is amazing! Their food was delicious. I had their Fettuccine Carbonara and it was the best I ever had ! They have entrainment throughout your whole dinning experience. Worst value for a meal in a 4 month trip

Food was below average, ordered 2 types of pastas and both were wet and had bad flavour. Everything is extremely overpriced to the point only 2 bottles of mineral water summed up to around 25$. Furthermore, after 15% tip were already included In the bill...the waiter begged for 5% extra because the service is shared between all of the stuff. Stay away! Extremely high prices for a bad meal.More

Elegant setting and Great Service!

Excellent service all around from the hostess to the violinist, the chefs creations were delicious and waiter Daniel was very attentive and detail oriented. Great food drinks and deserts ! welcoming experience and LGBTQ friendly :)

Great Italian Food!

Daniel our server was on top of it with a group of 18 people. Orders were taken correctly, drinks and food were brought out promptly. Service and the food were both so great, and the restaurant itself is so beautiful. Highly recommend!

Great food, amazing service. Worth a stop

Amazing meal and service by Max. All courses were cooked to perfection and utilized the regional cuisine with an Italian flair. Will come again and recommend to anyone.

Anniversary Dinner

Good but over priced.

We had a very nice dinner. The service was fantastic. Our only negative points will be over priced for the food they served. Food was good but we had better for less. Also the lack of light making eat in the dark. Oh yes. .....tip was already added to the bill.More
