Stayed at this hotel - enjoyed the inclusive breakfast the first couple of mornings, but was bit redundant after that. Italian themed menu...pizza was good. Staff were great. Cozy, relaxed bar as well. But at the end of the day, this restaurant is all about the setting. Which is spectacular!

Me and my partner ate at This restaurant and first the waiters were treating Not equal diferent gender (I didnt receive a menu & wasnt asked if the Service was ok, only him) and second, the pizza has too much average. We look to our wedding venue oversea in Tulum, Guess will Not be at La vita e bella.

Our hotel had a half price for sunbeds deal with the place next door to this. However, it seemed rather soulless and I'd read positive reviews of la vita e Bella so we came here. Much more character - thatched sunshades and restaurant/ hotel buildings - and the sunbeds were half the price of next door at M100. So we... More

The food is pretty good, the view is fabulous. Just be aware they charge 5% to use a credit card, which isn't customary in this area.

I had somewhere read this was the best Italian restaurant on the beach, wrong! We were practically the only four customers, we sat inside a huge empty, uninviting space on a very breezy evening. The waiter had no English but offered us their catch of the day, we thought it had to be good since all fish is fresh and... More

7 of us needed a place in Tulum on the beach where we could eat, hit the beach, and for some of us, sit under umbrellas because we got too burned the day before. That's what we found at La Vita e Bella. The food was decent. The best around? No, but decent. The service was terrific and as a... More

We've visited Tulum in March. La vita e bella lies on a beautiful spot of uncontaminated water. The restaurant has, thus, a magnificent view. The food is OK, a bit overpriced considering the quality (which is pretty standard). You definitely pay for the view. The service was quite bad; they gave me the beer after 15 minutes. They laughed at... More

So this place is AWESOME! However, its a little different how it works which confuses people and if you don't understand youll get frustrated. The beach and restaurant are separate when it comes to ordering food vs drinks. When you get there, walk thru restaurant and down steps to beach. Pick chairs you want(singles, doubles with shade, etc). Those chairs... More

Average cocktails, uninterested waiters and tip straight included in the bill. There are far better places to enjoy the beauty of the Tulum beach!
