Finally found a great place to visit that isn't a big tourist place!!!! Not far off from the pedestrian mall. Great food and WINE!! We ordered 10 wings (Buffalo and they came with celery, carrots and ranch). We had three drinks each (3 bottled beers and 3 glasses of wine). The staff was FANTASTIC!! They have a covered outdoor patio, as well as indoor seating! Great music and 6 tv's (2 are projection). They are also Covid safe!!! Very Clean!! Highly recommend stopping by for a great time!!

Awesome place to watch a Habs game and enjoy some Québécois pub food. Chicken wings are great and they have tons of poutine options, and great burgers and wraps. The service at this restaurant is out of this world . All the severs are so friendly, trilingual, offering free shots. If you love the Montreal Canadians, this is a must stop in PDC. You need reservations days/ weeks in advance especially for big games but so worth it. The owner does a spectacle at the start of the game, such an amazing atmosphere. We have been once a week in our month stay. Love love , olé, olé!!

We stumbled on this place by accident and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was super friendly and the food was delicious. If you are getting a bit tired of tacos and fajitas, my husband said the club sandwich was good - and from him that's saying a lot!

The only thing good about this place was the owner. Two people ordered poutine with “cheese curds”. The cheese was blocks of white cheese forsure not curds. I ate 1/4 of it so the owner asked me about it so I said I thought it was curds. He said this is a poutine here. Why say it’s cheese curds if it’s not? Even charged me $60 for extra cheese curds lol. I will NOT be back there and forsure wouldn’t ever recommend it.

I had some dear friends from Calgary visit. In their group was my friend, John, who had lost someone very close to him in 2023 and he was struggling with it. John is a fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs, so I naturally took him to the Montreal Canadiens bar in Playa del Carmen. I arranged with the owner to give John a fake Toronto menu, which they presented to him as if it was real and I also arranged for mariachis to come and serenade our table. The evening went perfectly and John was able to sit back and enjoy himself. Thanks to the owners, Daniel and Phillippe, but also to our server, Ricardo, who went above and beyond to pay special attention to our table. A great place to visit, even if you're a Toronto fan.

We visited Los Tabernacos wednesday to watch the Habs opener. Unfortunately our experience was less than satisfactory as they crammed people in like sardines ,allowing smoking and seating in very close proximity to others.The waitresses were overrun and service for drinks was very poor.People came and went along the standing area ,also in close proximity to the seating near the outside. I guess my expectation was for a quieter, non smoking, less crammed experience. I have to say it will be a small miracle if we dont get covid from our visit.On the positive side,the restaurant decorating was excellent and views of the TVs second to none.I just won't go back with that type of customer congestion

We were on our 3rd visit to this restaurant and I can only highly recommend it! The atmosphere is incredibly warm and festive, making it the ideal place to have a good time with friends. The energy of the place is contagious, and it really is the perfect place to watch a hockey game in good company.
In addition to the lively atmosphere, the restaurant offers a delicious selection of Quebecois dishes. The authentic flavors and generous portions really pleased us. The dishes are prepared with care and highlight the best of Quebec cuisine. Whether you are a fan of poutine, club sandwich, nachos, chicken wings or others, this restaurant will please you. You even get St-Hubert sauce for your poutine!!!
The service is also impeccable, the staff are welcoming and always ready to make your experience memorable. If you're looking for a place where the festive atmosphere pairs perfectly with comforting and delicious food, look no further. This restaurant is definitely the place you want to be to spend a pleasant evening in good company.

This is a very nice sports bar run by Quebec owners. It is therefore the perfect place to listen to a Montreal Canadiens game. They serve excellent poutine, chicken wings, club sandwiches and other similar dishes.

We have been going to Los Tabernacos for years and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is always energetic and the staff are always friendly. The food is absolutely amazing. My favs are the chicken wrap and the cheeseburger (the patty is so tasty), served alongside a poutine. Their white homemade sangria is also noteworthy. They actually add fruit to it and the taste is quite refreshing! Overall, we love Los Tabernacos and will continue to visit this great establishment!

This place rocks!! We were staying at a resort that didn’t have the hockey playoffs on, and we stumbled upon this gem!! Our family loved the food, drinks and the employees there! Great hosts for the game. Treated our kids like their own. Our waitress Abigail was super sweet, the owners celebrated the win with tequila shots and let our kids take photos with their replica Stanley cup! We will definitely be back to this place!!

Really disappointed. Terrible service. Terrible hamburgers with buns falling apart. Fries are like old fries that have been refried and cold again / disgusting. Had to even ask for napkins. Do yourself a favor and go to any other restaurant.

I'm not a sportsman for 5 cents, so it's not for the multiple spell screens that we ended up there. But rather to find yourself surrounded by Quebecers. With Francine, we ate there 3 times during our stay in Playa del Carmen. The food is excellent, the majority of the waiters speak French, as do the co-owners, from Montreal. We are even offered a menu in French. We ate poutine there... It's real international cuisine.

Beautiful sports bar restaurant, ideal for a great evening of food, hockey, football, boxing, etc.
The food is more than excellent Poutine very similar to that in Quebec, club sandwich, chicken wings and especially the Boneless Ayoye!!!!!

The bar is really nice! The waiters are not friendly, took our drink orders and that came fast. Ordered our food the 4 of us, the bar was not busy at the time. Waited 45 minutes for our food, asked a couple of times for our food. We were told busy it will come. We ordered a salad and 2 french onion soup. An hour later the salad and one onion soup came. 20 minutes later the clubhouse and Philly cheese steak came. Now still waiting for another soup and a clubhouse, never came 1 1/2 hour in and nothing coming out. Terrible service!!! Won't be going back.

Great food, we always try to make it here when we go to Playa. Went here twice this year. Food and service is always amazing and the beer is always cold. Abigail was our server the night we went to watch a Habs game and she was fantastic.
