The waiters first forgot the beer then second waiter said he could nit find the other waiter. Ordered a pizza diavalo. Taste like water and a lot of tastless cheese.... it was cheap. When i asked for the bill, waiters said how much tip? I...said none. I told him about the taste less pizza I paid buy card. But when i checked Tge payment the waiter did put 10% on top of the bill. When i spoke to him about it they totally ignored me Very very bad restaurantMore

This is the 2nd time we’ve been there because it was so good the first time. Authentic Italian food, made by an authentic Italian Chef. Whatever you choose you can’t go wrong. Wait staff are all very friendly and attentive. Erick, Ivan & Òscar did...a great job!!!!More

Food is good, but I’m picky about my Italian food, so I was a little disappointed. My family liked though. I thought the food was kind of bland, nothing special about it. The place is super cute and clean. The Panna Cotta was delicious.

We walked up and down 5th Ave and decided on Ambasciata D’Italia and it was one of my best meals all week. I had the pasta with mushroom and italian chorizo- delicious- so much so that I will try to duplicate it at home. We...had a view of 5th and it was entertaining but the inside felt like Tuscany❤️❤️❤️ I will return and this will be my first stop. We are 1 hr from Manhattan so I think we know a good italian dish and you win’t be disappointed either.More

We did takeout pizza with caprese salad and both were delicious. It was so nice to relax on the top deck of our hotel and enjoy our meal and wine under the stars.

Great pasta and pizza, the burrata is delicious ! The only thing that was not great or even good was the lasagna, overcooked and no taste. Other than that I recommend it for the pasta and pizza !

I’m from Napoli and this is a great place! Pizza is the best on the strip. Not pure napolitana but the spaghetti carbonara is authentic!

Who knew you could find excellent Italian fare in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. We didn't until a recent week long visit when we ate at Ambasciata 3 times during our stay. Located on the corner of 5th Avenue (Avenida Quinta) which is the main "no...cars allowed" drag and about 16 Calle Norte most of the tables face out to some great people watching. Waiters were very nice and efficient. Lobster rissoto and prosciutto pizza were both delicious as were the salads and wine offerings. Everything coming out of the kitchen looked and smelled great. We look forward to returning to this restaurant to try other dishes.More

Service was tremendous. We had spaghetti with meat and delicious. The house Chardonnay was very light and smooth I would recommend everyone to get. The table sitting was perfect they have tables that wrap around the corner. Very clean and priced fair. Also fresh shredded...parmigiana.More
