My wife and I ate here twice and really enjoyed the good food and service. This is a chill, low pressure environment with choices for everyone. I'd recommend starting with their guacamole and chips. Very tasty.

My husband and I stopped here for lunch because every time we passed by, it was always crowded. That's usually a good indication of word getting out and return visitors. To start they brought complimentary chips and salsas. My husband loved the red salsa, I really liked the green one that was avocado based and creamy. For entree, I had... More

My boyfriend and I were on an all inclusive vacation in Rivera Maya. We spent the day in Playa del Carmen and visited 5th Avenue. The food in our resort was really not great so we decided to have lunch at La Vagabunda and it saved our trip as being the only good food we had all week! The service... More

We are back in Mexico, Playa Del Carmen to be exact, a foodies wet dream, with so many chooses that it makes your head spin, not only is the farm to table concept huge here it really shows up at all the restaurants, and all the great tasting food. Last night being Valentines day, my wife and I wondered fifth... More

Perhaps from a better search you will find a better option for the price, because the breakfast I´ve got was not a generous portion, taken in a premium location in the 5th avenue in Playa del Carmen and many other restaurants around have similar prices. They offer an outside seating area facing the walking avenue and surrounded by trees, a... More

Nothing more. Omelettes Ok, juice OK, coffee too weak, good pastries, friendly service makes this mainstay eatery on 5th Ave an OK place for breakfast. There's better and there's worse.

Nice place for morning breakfast. Fast and friendly service. Food was very enjoyable. The eggs Benedict and crepes were our favourite.

My wife and I had breakfast every morning for 3 weeks and it was part of an all inclusive package. It was pretty good for a breakfast meal- eggs hashbrown toast orange juice and coffee. The service was very good, very attentive waiters. Plus other meals we had were very good as well. Great chicken dishes !!

Our first time at this place. Lovely setting under very large trees with festive decor, and bright table linens. Service was excellent and Jorge was pleasant and very attentive. Large bar menu and specialty drinks. I had chicken tacos off the appetizer menu. They were very good and there was enough perfectly cooked chicken that I made 2 more for... More
