Really interesting flavours on offer here! We preferred the sorbets to the ice cream but that’s just being fussy! We had a sour orange sorbet, chocolate and raspberry sorbet and a special chocolate with orange peel and almonds ice cream. All delicious and we want...to go back to try some of the other flavours!More

Had to stop by as it seemed fairly busy from the first day we passed by the place. The mixture of flavors of gelato and sorbet that they have is pretty varied and intersting; you could taste the authentic / home made flavors in the...ones we tried. Located in Central Merida, it makes for a good one time stop. Can get pricey for a Merida context.More

Staff was friendly and quick to help us both times we stopped in. I had the caramel flan on one trip and the coconut and cinnamon mix another and both were good. My wife got the anise on one of the trips which she really...liked alsoMore

The people at Pola are so friendly, and the ice cream is delicious. There was an orange chocolate mixture that was truly yummy. My husband had the plain chocolate nightly every single night. I also tried the sorbet, and it was great too. Really delicious...and good location.More

Cute little ice cream and gelato shop with some fun and unusual flavors. Every thing we tried was amazing! Make sure you try the Blue Cheese ice cream - it’s amazing! Staff is friendly and allow you to taste. Plenty of room to sit down,

Very nice ice cream. Creamy feeling and strong flavours. Some, unfortunately, too strong. We tried different flavours, like chocolate, tres leeches with ciruela plum, vanilla with caramel, vanilla with chocolate bites, cardamom and finally strawberry. Best ones of our selection (to our taste, of course):...tres leeches, vanilla with chocolate and chocolate. These were very good. The strawberry was OK, but a bit too strong of taste and not so much creamy feeling. We didn't like the vanilla with caramel too much, but other people might like it. To me, it was blended with a caramel that was too bitter (or burnt, if you will). And, unfortunately, the cardamom was way too strong in taste.. I love cardamom, but it need to be used with caution. But, all in all, basically good ice cream, we will definitely come back for a second round.More

We went there twice! The ice cream was great, the sorbet as well as the dairy ice cream. Surprising and tasty flavours. The ice cones are baked in the shop.

This hidden GEM of a place is perfection! Not only are the flavors unique and delicious (they allow you 4 TASTES!) it is addicting and we found ourselves skipping dessert in whatever restaurant we were eating at to finish our evening here. Also, they make...their own cones. There is a super cool room attached to the parlor that you can sit in and enjoy for as long as you need to. I highly recommend...More

Once you are done with a meal at one of the many restaurants at Santa Lucia walk down Calle 55 for a lighter (and cheaper) dessert. See the menu for a list of their inventive flavors. Delicious.

This is a small place with limited seating offering very good gelato and sorbet. They have numerous tastes that I have not had even though I've had gelato actually around the world. As one would expect, you will find many people from the States and...Europe queued up here every day. The word is out for a long time that this is one of the best around.More

We really liked this gelato shop. They had a great range of interesting flavours and the staff were very helpful both with making recommendations as well as helping us with our Spanish. We had the cinnamon and pineapple and the Dulche de leche in a...cone for 60 pesos. It was delicious and the cone itself was particularly good. There is seating inside and nice music playing.More
