Great yucatecan food in the heart of Merida! Try the nice water with “Chaya” and lime it’s very refreshing for a hot day. Keep in mind this place is very popular so there can be a waitlist. Super recommended
Excellent. Excellent excellent. La Chaya maya truly presents all the great dishes from the region. You might ended up ordering more than what you can eat but it’s all gooood.
Local Authentic food at moderate prices. Made me fall in love with the Mayan cuisine. Super yummy. Service was good. Gave it a 4 for the wait time, no reservations
Very slow service, few personal, and the food is even better at cochinita places in Mexico City. No hay valet parking, pesimo con la lluvia sin luz 20 minutos.
The food is home made and really tasty and not expensive. Best poc chuc and lime soup. Service is really Good too.

Good food, good prices. A little too crowded both times but we were seated immediately. I went because of reviews on here. A little overhyped but definitely worth it.
