About
Lo Que Hay Cafe Which means "what there is" is an international vegan restaurant located inside the Hotel MedioMundo in Merida's historical center. We serve a daily special menu of three courses, plus a refillable drink, and a dessert, all inspired by a different ethnic cuisine everyday (such as Lebanese, Indian, Caribbean, Mediterranean, Thai, Japanese, and so on). We also have an a la carte menu with pastas, rice dishes, pizzas, salads, and desserts. If you'd like to see some of our creations and which cuisine we will serve today, check out and like our Facebook page at loquehaycafe. We're open to the public Tuesday through Saturday 8AM-10PM and Sundays 8AM- 3PM. Just ring the bell and you

This place is just perfect. It's in a hotel but set back in a quiet, leafy courtyard with little pools and lovely bright colours. Very affordable vegan bites (enchiladas, quesadillas, delicious nachos) and kombucha on the menu too. Peaceful.

We returned here, as we had a great previous experience in January. Again, we were not disappointed by all these vegan treats. I could certainly recommend the sesame pizza, a Chilean Merlot, and some pita bread with hummus. Lovely terrace around the lush garden and...More
