Our first time eating here was 2016, the meal was perfection as was the service. This year our meal was perfection but the service was lacking sadly. This being said, the food was SO good I am still giving Oliva a 5 star rating. The...More

It was getting late and it was Holy Week, and we were hungry. We had heard about Oliva, but never been there. Well, it was so full that the three of us sat at the bar. Two had a seafood ravioli and I had the...More

A change was in order after days of Mexican food and Oliva hit the spot! We were here for dinner twice in the three nights we spent in Merida. Very good value for the quality.

Visited twice in our three nights stay in Merida . This Tiny cozy restaurant serves amazing Italian food. Would be nicer if it has more choice.

Super place! Attentive waiter and dishes served to the table by the chefs is a nice touch. Cool decor, lovely fresh food and great presentation. The 2 wines I liked weren't in stock, but I was very happy with the third luckily! Very good value...More

We fancied a change from Mexican food so decided to walk away from the main square and find somewhere different. This place was definitely worth the walk. It's only a small restaurant, we decided to sit at the bar and watch the chefs work and...More

I go about once a year and order pasta which is very good. It's kind of a sterile atmosphere, enclosed with air conditioning so if you like that.... The service is good and friendly.

Small, beautiful, dining room with exceptional food and very good service. A great wine selection, though a few more choices by the glass would be nice,. Trio of Bruschettas are fresh, clean, and full of flavor. The pasta with salmon was thoughtfully prepared, just right...More

This local restaurant offers a well judged choice of local produce in both Mexican and European styles. It might be branded as Italian but just because it offers some good pasta recipes and choices ,there are plenty of other choices to make with the local...More

I believe if you let them know your requirements they might be able to comply and make Adjustments. If Stefano the chef/owner is there. Ask for him.

Have you stopped charging for a glass of water with dinners? Have you started putting a basket or bread or rolls with some olive oil on the tables (without charge)? If so, I will come back again. It's so off putting to feel one is being ripped off at your prices for every little thing. You are a cramped space and average ambiance dining place, not some upscale exclusive dining room with superb service. Maybe one should remember that. Good food is only ONE reason people eat out. Oh and by the way, try some smaller wine glasses. I felt shortchanged with practically only the bottom of the glass covered when I ordered a glass of wine.
