Took the family tonight. We all loved it. Best food we've had in a long time. The Cowboy Rib Eye has a slight Hawaiian flavor to it. It tasted amazing. The bread was warm and very tasty. We ordered the tomato focaccia appetizer and it was to die for. Do yourself a favor. Go to this restaurant. From the ambience... More

I would definitely recommend this place. The service was excellent, the restaurant manager came to our table to ask if the food and service were as we expected. Our waiter was excellent as well. The place has a very cool vibe and looks awesome. Me and my wife had a couple of drinks before dinner, a delicious tuna carpaccio as... More

After several days of eating various regional foods of Mexico, we were ready for something a little different. Bryan's provided that opportunity -- great burgers and drinks in a parklike setting. While you can eat inside the restaurant, the tables overlooking the park are really the way to go. The burgers were generously sized and cooked to perfection. They came... More

This restaurant could have been in New York or L.A. Absolutely delicious with impeccable service. Seek out Pedro, the Manager, for any questions -- excellent English as he lived in the states for many years. Paul Trotter, the Executive Chef of the group of Trotter family restaurants has put a special touch on this particular restaurant.

We firstly stopped at Bryan's because they were having a happy hour between 6-8pm. I ordered a Capaninia?? and it was amazing! My wife had a Bryan's Margarita that came with a shaker and she loved it. So after a couple of drinks we decided to have some food. I ordered a specialty burger (can not remember the name of... This place is a cross between a bar, mezcal and gin lounge and restaurant. As this was exactly what we were looking for, a social drink with a good wine and mezcal accompanied by a light and tasty salad, with a view over the colonial square, it was perfect. Excellent service, no pressure to order more, and the salad itself... More

As a dedicated carnivore with lots of burger experience, I was pleasantly surprised by Bryan's burgers. Pretty good all around and a nice break from Mexican cuisine while on a long trip.

The only place on the Santa Lucia square that actually welcomed us in and spoke English. Good value burgers were just what we wanted after being a bit taco'd out from a week long stay in Mexico. Beer on tap and not just from bottles also a big plus. Two cheese burgers, two beers 450 pesos. Job done.
