Ugh, not for us. It was late, we had had a long busy day and didn't have the energy to keep going and find something else. It's full of tourists which it is geared towards. Tourists prices which means higher than other outlets. Mostly "western" non mexican" food for the unadventurous. Sadly it was the only place during our trip where we were "ripped off" being charged $119 pesos for very small portion of french fries for one of us who was not feeling too well, when a meal was $145, shame. Obviously we never went back during the rest of our stay.

This is a great spot to combine everything for a night out, two bars, 10-15 different food options, live music usually starts around nine and there's dancing if you feel so inclined. If you want a table though, better to show up around 7-7:30, it can be hard to find a spot to sit after that depending on the night. The food options include sushi, burgers, Mexican food, gyros, pizza and other options. If you can get a table near the entrance than you'll most likely end up, which is helpful if you're feeling lazy, otherwise it's self order/serve. Great spot to check out, if you're in the mode for a night out! Prices are to fair to slightly above average for the area...

The “Happening Place” food court sounded like a good idea, so we went to try it. It was ok, but when we’re in Merida next, we’ll probably pass on the 2nd visit. It seemed like it had plenty of potential but simply didn’t excite us. I paid 70 pesos each for a couple of craft brews, 300 pesos for grilled ribs with sides... not great value for what you get. My wife wasn’t impressed with what she ordered either. In addition, some the vendors we tried were sold out of several menu items even though it was early evening when we were there. A couple of the vendors were closed. I’d suggest going and try it for yourself. Perhaps you’ll have a better experience.

I want to share this post because our food and drink experience was HORRIBLE, only the dance performance was very nice to watch. We ordered two cocktails and they tasted so bad. No ice & bad from taste! For food we ordered the SUSHI, this was DISGUSTING, realy disgusting. The taste, texture, texture of the salmon, creamcheese also the soy sauce .. we got 6 different types of soy sauce, none tasted good. How difficult can it be to serve a nice simple soy sauce? This is a not go! Don’t come here!!

We ordered a pepperoni pizza (for our 4 year old) and what were meant to be ribeye tacos from the taco place near the back. The pizza was pretty good (M$180) and the chap making them was really friendly (although the pizza at the new Apostol tap room opposite Parque Santa Lucia were much, much better!) The tacos on the other hand were the most bland we have had so far on our 3 week trip around the Yucatan. It didn’t help that we received the wrong order, chicken and not steak. We were too hungry to send back but they really were not very tasty at all - especially considering the price (M$160 for 4). The cocktails weren’t too bad.

Though a pale shadow of similar food parks in the Condesa/Roma districts of Mexico City that provide clear inspiration, Mercado 60 offers a satisfying range of cuisines, from traditional Yucatecan to poke, sushi and comfort food. Aside from a singularly disappointing wine bar just inside the entrance, the selections are extensive enough to satisfy most appetites. Some extremely good bands perform here on a regular basis, and it's worth timing a visit to arrive before they go on (usually around 9 pm), when the limited seating fills up.

This international food market is in a pretty courtyard area, beautifully light with fairy lights. There is a wide range of cuisines avaible, including Japanese, German, Italian and many others. This area seems to cater to western tourists.

Great concept, but lacking in execution on the night we visited. Good atmosphere, large tables to encourage mingling, live music nightly. Drinks are served at your table, but you go to individual food stations for eats - kind of like a mall food court. We went for the pizza, which was fine, if overpriced compared to similar or better quality at other places in Merida. I also ordered the caprese salad, which looked GORGEOUS on the menu, and horrible in my dish - nothing at all like its picture. I complained about the size and presentation (at $160 MXNit was not a cheap salad) and a bit of extra mozzarella was added, but that did nothing for the sloppy plate. It also cam3 without cutlery (I was told to ask for a fork at an adjacent booth) We were early evening, so there were lots and lots of wait standing around, but no one checking tables to refresh drink orders or ask about food quality. Probably a fun place for drinks with a group, but not a place I’d return to for pizza. Maybe the other food nooths are more consistent.

We were drawn to the Mercado by the vintage VW parked just inside. The manager chatted us for a bit and the rest is history. Recommended: Snag a table or bench .. suggest a Mezcal shot with a spicy lick of pepper( takin- bring some home- available in stores) Take a digital Tour of the menus then place your order from the individual vendor at their cashier. We were lucky that Friday night offered a musical accomplishment.. free of charge .. local .. festive 👍👍👍 Ribeye burrito was a hit as were the boneless wings… good sharing options.( did I mention cheesy fries with chopped bacon… omg) Good place for meet ups .. dine solo or with friends.. family friendly!

A fun way to spend the evening. Lots of choices to choose from and live entertainment. It's confusing at first but you go in and find a place you like, order at the place, get a beeper and then find a table to sit. It gets crowded on the weekends the later it gets so find a table first and have someone wait there. I ate at Taco Grill and got. Our non alcoholic drinks at Verde. There is a huge bar for alcohol.

You pay American prices and get European portions. Food is overpriced, average quality, and small portion. I n addition the staff at several stalls were rude and acted as if we were doing them a favor. Went to get my drink and lady working the register abruptly said no card when all the stalls take cards. I said no cash which I didn't have and she made a gesture like oh well. I told them they should have a sign saying machine wasn't working or informed me before I ordered. Went and told the manager and magically they used another machine. The manager was helpful but he seemed to be the only ones. They venue has a nice ambiance and good entertainment. Would only come back to have a drink and watch their show

We were after a light meal at the end of the day and stopped into Mercado 60 on a whim as we passed it on the way back to our hotel. We found excellent tacos pastor from a vendor in the back. Had no problems getting seats and cold beer (stronger stuff available, too). A night later, also after a day of touring, we decided to go back and were not disappointed. There was live music both nights, and on the second night, the band played salsa that filled the floor with dancers (many quite accomplished) and provided most enjoyable entertainment while we ate and watched. We would return, for sure!

The place looks nice and was recommended by friends and our tour guide. Boys ordered beers and the girls wanted to order a bottle of white wine. The one we chose wasn’t available and only two choices were , so we asked to try a small taste before committing to buy a fairly expensive full bottle. As we were trying it, the head guys came striding over “What’s the problem here”? We explained we were having trouble choosing. “Are you trying to send me broke - all those tastes add up you know” very hostile manner. We finished our drinks and left. Then he came rushing over and asked why we were leaving. We thought he might have been able to figure it out with a little self reflection on his manners and attitude. Didn’t try the food but the selection was pretty boring and fairly pricy. Would not go back.

My wife and I encountered very displeasant time at this adress.. It is a shame as my wife is a Méridiana and she used to love this place. Well, it has changed and tonight they lost faithfull clients and her entire family. They treat costumers as stupid while pretending card terminal does not work only to make you pay in cash. It is a lie obviously, do not trust them. Maybe for some of you it won't be a problem, or a inconvenience but the most important thing is the lack of respect... Costumers are poorly treated, without consideration and for hospitality business this is unacceptable. Clients are not just cash or card, they are the fuel for this kind of business to go on. Without them, there s no bar, no restaurant, nothing. I advice anyone to get out from this unrespectful place if being considered as à cow to be milked is something you avoid in yoit life. If not, please enjoy the poor company.

The drink prices are higher than in other restaurants, the chicken wings I recommend! Guacamole with Rib eye was good as well. Other option like the sushi didn’t look to good. Also read some bad reviews. The rest of the food options look ok.. burgers, hotdogs, tacos. Do go there its a fun atmosphere and good music!
