Dropped in for a margarita and guacamole and to check out the menu. The margaritas were excellent, on the rocks which we prefer, good balance of citrus aand a very generous pour of tequila, go with the house tequila, very good. The guacamole was good, too many extras, we like it best with lots of avacado and less onions, tomato... More

The ambiance and service was more fancy than some other restaurants. The prices were higher than you can pay in Merida, which I think is because the restaurant is more for tourists than for locals. I would go back again.

We found out about this place by walking in downtown. It is pretty close from Plaza Grande (one block away I think). The food was so so, but their staff was incredible. They really made us feel like home. Their oudtoor location is great!

A shame we didn't go there sooner! From the street it looks like a normal restaurant, once inside it has a great atmosphere and an amazing garden! Very beautifully done, nice corners to give you privacy, especially when you have a romantic dinner. The food was amazing, English speaking staff. In short, a must when in Merida!

It looked a bit rough, but it was open and we were thirsty. It was about 4:30 in the afternoon, not much was open and we needed to sit. We only had margaritas, but they were great! When we looked at the cocktail menu there were no frozen margaritas, just on the rocks, so not recognizing any of the brands of... More

We went early for drinks and an appetizer. The drinks were quite good, and the appetizer was pretty creative. Our server was very friendly and helpful. We would have stayed longer and had dinner, but the prices were much higher than at many other restaurants in the area. (That's the only reason I didn't give Pancho's 5 stars.) We realized... More

The courtyard was amazing with all of the greenery. Live music on the weekends was excellent. The staff was attentive and very nice. We went one night for drinks and the bartender and staff were making a snack for themselves...mangos, lime juice, and some chili seasoning. They gave us some....omg it was awful....lol!!! It was hilarious to watch them gobble... More

The guide books said that this was a themed restaurant with the waiters in character dress. It wasn't. That didn't impact us, but it could disappoint others. A spacious place (almost empty when we were there) close to the tourist centre of town, it has pleasant inside and outside seating. Nothing really leaps out at you, but the food was... More

Panchos is a great bar with nicely priced margaritas, a charming restaurant and a quirky art gallery. Great prices and superb service. Certainly a great place to eat!
