Went here since close to my hotel and I was hungry, but no botannos were served. I did purchase a couple of drinks but was not happy they chose to only bring me my lunch order. I had the Poc Choc, good but I will not go back. My friend said bad waiter.

Huge place inside what looks like an office building. Excellent service. With our 2 beers got small saucer-size plates of diced cooked beets, cubes of spicy kidneys (we think), 2 meat stuffed empanadas, rolls with yoghurt sauce, taco chips, corn dish stuffed with egg, 2 plates black beans - all for $7 Cdn. We didn't need order anything else. We... More

This place was recommended to us by people at our hotel. We were a group of four and we all agree this was a nice place to go. Our only complaint is that it was too loud. But the drinks were good and the appetizers were tasty and plentiful. Our overall feeling was that it was a great time, a... More

The food was ok I thought I ordered marinated chicken and what came out was more like soupo limon, it tasted ok but not what I had in mind on a hot night. They had live music and two singers on stage. A bit noisy for me. Service was ok and prices reasonable

Can I just say yes, yes, yes! This is a great local botana, free food with drink purchase, that also provides great entertainment. With each round of drinks you buy you get 5 little plates of local specialties and favorites for your table to eat while you drink. May I suggest the Pina Colada, it was the best I have... More

Enjoyed the happy, vibrant atmosphere while having a refreshing drink. The free snacks they bring out are very tasty. Its amusing to watch the entertainment even if you cannot understand Spanish. Great little spot for the local atmosphere and to people watch.

Really enjoyed the bustle and lively vibe. Enjoyed a few beers with my family whilst watching the comedy acts, which the little ones are too young to get the jokes! Free food included spicy cucumbers, pickled beet root, garlic bread, tortilla chips and dips, crisps. We also ordered a dish off the menu which was enormous!!! Loved it. I was... More

My family is from Merida and they love this place. They brought me here a couple of years ago and now I love it. A local hangout with a fun energetic vibe. A good place to sample traditional Yucatecan food with affordable prices. Will be in Merida in a few weeks and I will definitely be making a stop at... More
