Take the time to walk a couple blocks away from the main drag - this place is worth it. I never expected I would enjoy a pita (of all things) on our vacation trip to Isla, but my wife dragged me to this place kicking and screaming. Turns out - she was right (no real surprise there). The chicken pita... More

We stumbled up on Pita Amore on trip advisor and had to check it out. It did not disappoint, the food was amazing. In the centre and not too distance from the beach.

This is a tiny little restaurant that doesn't look like much but oh my the food is awesome. The portions were a great size and really inexpensive. The walls are covered with signatures or people that have visited and it has a wonderful food truck feel to it even though you are inside. Love this place!!!

I can understand why it gets top ratings from most people. Very friendly hosts who offer extremely good value food and drinks. They also package meals and food for the younger clients. We had two margarita's and two large pita breads, one with beef and the other chicken, could not fault. Highly recommend .

If you want an easy meal without any fuzz you should pay a visit to these guys. The pita is impeccable and the flan is as good as it can get. On top, the price is low and the environment is charming. Look out for their beer/pita bargain packages.... Pita plus 5 beers of choice for 99 pesos.

Despite the very limited menu, the food that they do serve is well prepared and tasty. The portions are generous and the tasty, greasy food is accompanied by a fab assortment of beer deals. Lovely staff also.

Brilliant place. Not fancy but good filling cheap honest food. We had the chicken with extra mushrooms. Yum! Also the 3 for 2 beers. After we had the flan (firm creme caramel) their Mums recipe. Delicious!

Went here after reading all the reviews on TripAdvisor and can honestly say they delivered! Food was on point and came out quickly. We had the Chino pita which was a spicy blend of rice, beef and ham. Portions were good sized and the price was really inexpensive. Overall a great spot for food and beers. We'll be back.

Pita Amore - A unique fusion of Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine, prepared with love, on a family-secret pita bread. Chino, vegetarian, chicken and beef and beef with egg ommelet. Nicely basted with a pesto, grilled to perfection on a plancha. Topped of with the secrets of our French Culinary Institute of New York Graduate Chef Ricardo. This food is addictive - a single visit just doesn't cut it. Unbelievable to find this quality of food in Isla Mujeres near Cancun Quintana Roo Mexico.
