Our AirBNB hosts suggested this restaurant, just steps from the rental and we loved it. The family that owns and runs it are fun and the food was really fresh and delicious

Ventured to playa Norte from Cancun for the day with a friend that had been many times before, and throughly enjoyed the experience. I was treated to a wonderful tour of the entire island via golf cart, and The views were absolutely spectacular!! I loved...More

Had an amazing mixed cevice as a starter and it was by far one of the best ever. Place has cheap but high quality food. Not a fancy place but a really “local” vibe.

Went yesterday for a lunch. I've had beans soup and camaron with shrimps and onion, my husband ate ceviche. We were satisfied with the food, weren't amazed but we were satisfied. And it is not that cheap. The restaurant is charming and service was good.

We went for lunch during the week. We were the only ones there, but service was ridiculously slow. We actually think they had to go to the grocers to get ingredients for something we ordered. It was super hot, too. I loved that they use...More

We always visit La Lomita for the sopa de frijoles, delicious black bean soup with cilantro, pick de gallo, queso fresca and crema. Having this with a beer in the frozen pottery cups is fantastic. (The enchiladas suisa are good, too!)

So this place is awesome for margaritas , the black bean soup and the enchiladas. I wouldn’t recommend any of the fish dishes, you can get a lot fresher and cheaper on the island. I made the mistake of ordering lobster and it looked more...More
