Fantastic seafood. Went for my wife's birthday and it was amazing. Lobster pizza was absolutely delicious. 1.5lb Lobster tail and our red snapper dishes were phenomenal. I asked for a cake for her birthday and they brought the most incredible Key Lime Pie we had ever had. Impeccable service and amazing food. Thank you for a most excellent experience!!!

This place was recommended to us by a taxi driver last year....it was the FIRST place we went to eat this year! Truly a hole in the wall type place, but GREAT food, and view. Prices are very good. Only ate there twice this year....our loss!

There are many fish restaurants right in a row on the beach but this is my favorite. This the last one on the beach so it's a little more secluded, surrounded by the boats and the dock. We shared the whole red snapper and it was a big meal! Great spot for simple and honest fish dishes.

Just before you get back on the ferry to Cancun be sure to stop at Velazquez. It is a family cafe with several of the family members working each day. The coconut shrimp is amazing. The fresh fish is that….. FRESH…..right off the boats sitting on the shore line. We went twice - fish tacos and red snapper are right... More

We stopped in restaurant bar Velazquez for drinks before getting our boat back to the mainland. Both service and drinks were good, and not too expensive.

This is in such a great spot, you would think their prices would be more! Right on the harbor, with tables in the sand? It gives you that island feel while you are dining. The staff is family, and treat you like you are a guest in their home. They have so many fish and seafood dishes to choose from... More

Our ritual First meal on the island. We love the guacomole and salsa! We ordered Ceviche (conch and fish) it was delicious and plentiful. We always get the Garlic Fish Fillet and it never dissapoints. While the service is slow it helps you ease into Island time.

My husband and I had great fresh fish here. He had the whole fish and I did the filet. They have tables on the beach and you can sit and eat with your feet in the sand. Prices very good also. Also can enjoy looking at the boats while you dine.

My wife ordered the fried fish "drowned in garlic", and I ordered a seafood cocktail. We waited a very long (too long) time before they brought out a thin piece of greasy fried fish without garlic and a heaping seafood cocktail unseasoned and so packed with seafood there was no thought about the sauce that makes it a cocktail. When... More
