Went for dinner. I had chuleta (pork chop) tacos. They were AMAZING. Some of the best tacos i have had on island and i have eaten a-lot of tacos. The meat was cooked perfect and delicious. My husband had charro beans. I liked them but...they had a-lot of extra stuff in them. (Onions, peppers, sausage). He is just used to the beans! He got tacos el pastor. He said they were not good. I don't like the meat seasoned that way so i didn't try them. We shared a queso fundido. It was sitting in a pool of grease not good! I will definitely go back for the tacos alone!!More

Ate there twice during our stay. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. Pleasant service. Clean.

We went to Taqueria Diaz to look for non-touristy places to eat and this was awesome! You can get really good tacos from 14 pesos! We tried the “lengua” tacos which were great. Service is great and it has a nice family atmosphere. Mostly locals...with their families enjoying dinner. Highly recommended!More

We ate at this restaurant seven times and tried different items on the menu. Fantastic (tacos-various pork cuts, chicken, & beef), torta’s, cheese fundido’s, quesadillas & Consome. Six of us ate for $25.

Great taqueria. Limited selection, but lots of taco options. We had a dozen beefsteak tacos for about $10. Also had guacamole, beer and a soda. Total came to $16. Compare that to what you can get at McDonalds for $16. Not fancy but very clean....Local neighbourhood, but felt very safe. Highly recommend for a quick, casual and delicious meal on the cheap.More

I am a pastor taco lover and this is now my favorite place for it. El Pique and Mr. Taco had been my previous favorites this taqueria is a combo of the two. The way it is prepared is shaved and then put on griddle...to caramelize, which is fantastic. The standard taco was 14 pesos and at most other taco places I eat 6 or 7, here I could barely finish 4.More

Great place with really good authentic food. Prices were very reasonable. Large selection of meats in clouding some unusual ones. Not much English spoken - but it was not a problem. The nice thing is this seems to be off the cruise ship tourist list...as it is back a ways from the coast. It is an easy walk from the square though. Lots of locals eat there and everyone knows it.More

This place is so good! It opens at 6:00pm, but so worth the wait. It is huge, but still seems quaint. They only serve a few drinks to choose from, but the food is well worth the lack of choices. You can get almost anything...in a taco and then some. They serve these sauces that are so flavorful. I normally don't eat three tacos, but these were so good I couldn't stop. I was also so surprised at the amount of meat in each. I will definitely come back to this place.More

Such a great place to go for tacos for little money. The service is great and the food is excellent. We come here at least 2 or 3 times during our dive trips.

This was the last of the 4 taqueria's we visited on Cozumel. It was clean and modern with fast and courteous service... We had tacos Al pastor and lengua along with a torta arrachera. It's within walking distance of the main square. Great plane and...worth this visit.More
