We stopped in for lunch and found the mole enchilada to be excellent but the coconut shrimp special was not very good...too much batter.

Amazing flavors and traditional dishes. We were a group of five we all had different entrees and every dish was delicious. The sauces were flavorful all unique and complimenting the main ingredient perfectly. A meal we talked about after leaving the table and we can't...More

The owner is very friendly and helpful. This restaurant is off the "Tourist Zone" but close to the Malacon. The food is excellent - a 5 star recommendation! We spent New Year's Eve here and it was wonderful!

All around excellent! Food was original and tasty; the coffee drinks were excellent; and dessert was yummy. It was all reasonably priced as well. Best meal we’ve had in Cozumel!! I would highly recommend this place!!

Highlights of our two dinners there: The 4-combo moles, the mezcal-based margharitas and the staff :)

Marinated steak also nice but lacked the incredible flavour we’d had elsewhere (Valladolid, so mAybe a regional variation). Unfortunately partner’s enchiladas were not even hot and...More

A surprise right in the middle of Cozumel’s tourist zone, Cielito Lindo offers genuine Mexican cuisine. They do offer Tex-Mex but also real cocina mexicana at reasonable prices. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

We came here after reading mostly positive comments and glad we did. We had taco special of the day (some sort of slow-cooked pork), beef and shrimp fajitas. Nice presentation and great food, and the service was great. This was the best meal we had...More
