Great sea food selection! We ordered a whole fish (grilled) it came with some veggies and a side of rice. You can tell that it was fresh and clean. We also ordered calamari and the stuffed shrimp with cheese. My husband loved it and so...did I. I will definitely recommend this place!More

Great little local seafood place on a side street that is still close to the center but away from the tourists.  We had a casual lunch meal here before renting a car to explore the island.  Food is fresh, extremely flavorful and in a word, excellent!   The free...chips and guacamole was great and Guajillo chili sauce shrimp was outstanding!   Price wise you will be pleasantly surprised that it is inexpensive and worth the effort, and might I add, again it's good food for the price. You can easily feed four for way under a meal in a higher end seafood restaurant so enjoy it and seriously give them a try.   Highly recommend!More

We enjoyed the best margaritas of our 3 week Mexico trip at this small restaurant as well as great seafood and friendly service.

Accidentally stumbled across this place. It’s about a block and half north of of the central plaza. No big sign or much advertising. We were just walking around when we noticed the small sign saying sea food and decided to stop and check it out....Small and nothing fancy, but clean, very well maintained and very friendly . Was never busy when we were there which is hard to believe. The food is excellent and reasonably priced. We liked it so much that we ate there 3 times that week. Portion sizes are good and as authentic as you can get. Have to try the flan. We were always full after our main course, but still ordered it each time. Calamari was as big as thick cut onion rings and very tender. Shrimp were big and always cooked and flavored to perfection. The only problem we had was trying to figure out what to eat each time because it was all so good. We’ll definitely go back next time we’re in Cozumel. Give it a try.More

no view to speak of, but the service and quality of the dishes more than make up for it. this is a local's favorite and a quality seafood choice in Cozumel. We visited on a non-cruise ship day, so your experience may vary if it's...packedMore

We asked the locals at the dive shop about where to go after a morning of scuba. They told us to go to Camilo's just a few blocks down the street. The restaurant was clean and the food was fantastic. Thanks to the guys at...the dive shop for the recommendation.More

on a whim,we stopped in after we rented our car and were so happy we did. we were hoping for something to tide us over until dinner and we had one of our best meals on the island. The culinary bar was set pretty high...after our meal here...great service and delicious...did I say delicious? I meant awesomeness on a plate....take a chanceMore

My husband and I love garlic fish and garlic shrimp so that is what we got here as well as for most our main meals this trip so we can easily compare between restaurants. We thought both meals were very good but that they were...a little skimpy on the seafood portion of the meal. We also thought the price was a little high but here we am comparing to meals in PDC and Puerto Morelos so that may not be fair. And we would have paid more to get a little bit more shrimp/fish if necessary. Other than that observation, we found the restaurant clean, service good, location easily accessible and the food was well prepared.More

My husband and I went here for lunch on the recommendation of a guy at our resort. I’m so glad we did! They were right up the block from where we returned our rental car (Isis Rentadora, also excellent). We had a couple of beers,...some guacamole and chips, fish tacos and the coconut fish plate for about $24 US. Delicious! Clean bathroom and AC. Highly recommend.More

Good service, comfortably cool A/C, quiet, clean bano and wifi... I was happy before the food even arrived. This was the perfect place for lunch between our AM dives and an afternoon snorkel. The soup was excellent. The Sopa de Lima was a refreshing chicken...tortilla soup with lime juice and a light broth - 80 pesos. I added cilantro and it was perfect. Spouse had a reddish soup chock full of seafood. The chicken quesadillas were pretty good and came on a flour tortilla, with a little bit of delicious beans and a dollop of guacamole on the side - 140 pesos. The Whole fish fried, under "specialties" - 165 pesos - was cooked right and a good price. It came with tortillas, pico de gallo, about a quarter cup of vegetables and a quarter cup of white rice made into an attractive cylinder shape. I would recommend this place for diners who want good food, good service and a large menu at reasonable prices.More
