This is a local version of Starbucks. It sells the authentic vanilla, coffee, and $9 Mayan chocolates with sandwiches. I bought rye sandwich, minus the ham, and my family got paninis. It’s the rare store that opens (7:30-7 or closing an hour earlier on Mondays),...even when cruise ships are not docked across the street. They offer free wifi and credit card payments. The service is great, so grab a seat indoors or outdoors at Royal Village mall!More

This is the place where I usually sit for a couple of hours, having a cup of coffee, and talking to my family. Very friendly staff, within walking distance from the pier.

Really good coffee blend and a few very good cakes. Service is friendly and quick - even though was busy. Reasonably fast wi-fi (available with a purchase) Cannot recommend highly enough if you are getting off a ship and in need of a great coffee!

I love this place and coffee. It was a hot day, and the coffee was refreshing. The service was fast, kind and happy. This is the first place I go when I get into Cozumel from a cruise. The flavor is smooth and of course...does not need sweetener. The cafe is open air, and in the shade. I would suggest buying a drink and sitting by the fountain for a relaxing time. I would then buy another for waking around. This is a defined “go”.More

We stepped off the cruise ship at the international cruise terminal and walked across to the Royal Village Plaza. We had a short wait before our excursion began and didn't want to shop until we returned from the day's outing (so we weren't loaded down...with packages/bags all day). We slipped into Cafe punta del cielo for a cup of coffee and were pleasantly surprised at the great selection of coffees, cappuccinos, lattes, teas, and treats! I ordered a vanilla latte and was blown away by the flavor. The Mexican vanilla flavor was really strong and mildly sweet. VERY ENJOYABLE! This is a great stop as you step off a cruise or before you return to the ship! I highly recommend!More

If you want to duck away from all the pressure to buy a pair of boots, a pair of sunglasses, bamboo sheets or wrinkle cream, slip inside this beautiful cafe and enjoy. The coffees are smooth and aromatic with wonderful selections, both local and American....Friendly staff and delicious desserts!More

I came to Cozumel on a cruise. One of the first things I wanted was a nice cup of coffee. I enjoyed the shop. It was a humid and warm day so I decided to get a water, an iced latte, and a coconut shaved...ice. All were quite good. I will start with the shop. The shop was an open configuration with seats all around. There was a slight breeze with most of the outdoor seats in the shade. That made a very nice time. The people behind the counter were polite and nice. They will charge you in Pesos or Dollars. They are also quick to please. The shaved ice was not something that my daughter liked because it actually had coconut pieces in it. I thought it was good. It was not too sweet, which is something I found enjoyable. I like fruit in my shaved iced. Plus my daughter is a child of the 2000's so very sweet is the order of the day for those people. Finally, the coffee. It was smooth. I found the iced latte refreshing on a humid, warm day. When I say smooth, it was not bitter, no sugar added, and a beautiful coffee flavor. My child tasted it and asked why anyone would drink coffee from any other shop. If you want a nice cup, and you want to enjoy that cup, go to this place. I did not eat anything there, but the coffee is worth the trip.More

The Royal Village plaza is commonly used as a tour departure point. So early morning appointments can be comfortably accompanied by deliciously hot coffee and even something to snack on if you did not make time for breakfast before leaving your hotel or boat. Prices...are reasonable and service quality is good.More

Great place to sit and relax. Nobody bothers you to buy any products or to braid your hair. Very safe little spot! Stop here even if you don’t drink coffee just to get the carrot cake. It has the best flavor. Every single bite offers...a moist tantalizing taste. The slices are big so be hungry when you order. The WiFi is quite strong and works well!!! Great place to stop when you get off of the ship.More

It was pouring with rain and the streets were flooded so after wading through the warm water we decided to take a break here. It is a modern cafe with great coffees, teas and cakes. A good service too. Toilets are outside.

Cafe Punta del Cielo - Cozumel, Mexico 🇲🇽 is a fair place to stop for a quick cup ☕️ of coffee, coffee and service was good. The establishment was also willing to share their wifi if you made a purchase of five dollars or more.

After a 7-day cruise with three stops and tons of fun activities, my kids number one meal is the waffles at this coffee shop. We got off our boat and just wanted something other than the cruise food. A traffic police officer suggested we try...the coffee shop across the street. Maybe because our expectations were pretty low, but either way, the breakfast was so good! I had banana bread that was soft and flavorful. The waffles tasted better than any I've ever had. They put Nutella and whipped cream on them to add to the decadent richness. My girls ate every last bite. The barista was so so on service. The authentic chocolate milk was good but the kids didn't like it. As the mom, I appreciated that it had less sugar and more cocoa. Also the location was good. Right by a little garden thing with lots of turtles and stuff for the kids to check out.More

Decided to get a quick coffee here before getting back on the cruise ship. It's located right near the terminal. Staff speak English and were very helpful in trying to give me a similar coffee to one I had previously in Mexico. They even gave...me my coffee complimentary as they were out of the regular glasses! Coffee was great and much better than the cappuccinos on the boat! You have to spend $5 to get wi fi code. Thanks guys for a quick, great experience!More

I don't get why the other reviews are so bad but I came here when I was on a cruise and I really enjoyed myself. I had a strawberry smoothie and it was absolutely lovely. The staff was so friendly and nice to chay with...and there was a nice atmosphere. I didn't find the prices to be very expensive. Costumer service was nice I'd give it a 8/10. I would definitely go back😊More
