This cafe had limited seating, but the atmosphere was just my kinda place, very cuban like with great old rock n roll tunes, Stones of course! My husband and I travelled with another couple and when we saw this little cafe and "cuban sandwiches" we...just knew they would be authentic cuban sandwiches and amazing Marguarita's. Willie was by himself while we were there and when my husband asked how he makes his cuban sandwiches ( not everyone makes a cuban sandwich like the real cuban sandwich) we just knew this was the place for it. He sat us down and told us he would make our drinks then the sandwiches would take a bit of time since he was by himself, this was around 4ish and we certainly weren't in a hurry. We spent the afternoon walking around and were in in of libations and food. So we relaxed and enjoyed our drinks. When Willie brought out the food, it was not disappointing, the cuban sandwiches were so authentic!!! We loved this place, intimate, great food and our host Willie went out of his way to may our experience enjoyable. This is a MUST when in Cozumel.More

Ever since I saw the movie "Chef" I've been looking for a good Cubano sandwich. Walking around Cozumel trying to figure out what I wanted to eat next was taxing me, until I saw La Casa Del Mojito. A sign out the front said they...served Cuban sandwiches, so I stopped my travel group and in we went. The service was traditional, polite and not too fast. No one harasses you, but they keep your drink filled. When the food came I was pretty happy, it was a good sandwich. The waiter was also the manager and was working by himself as his staff were on holiday, so he did fine. The ambience of the place was decent, kind of like you expected someone famous to walk in to the casual, quaint setting and order a drink. All in all it was nice, out of the way, good food and friendly service.More

Can't say enough about this place. Ended up here several nights during our extended stay in Cozumel. Great drinks and simple food menu. However, the best thing about La Casa Del Mojito is the outstanding and inviting service of Willy and Carlos. Willy went above...and beyond to make everyone happyMore

Wonderful mojitos The bartender will find out what you like and make a mojito for you. Our cubano sandwich was very tasty and the plantain appetizer was a good recommendation

Get the mojito special with along with a Cuban sandwich and you won’t be disappointed. This is our second night in a row and I see at least another in the near future. Very personable and all around fantastic staff.

The best words to describe this bar are welcoming and warm. We spent part of an evening there earlier this week and it's just a great place. We didn't eat there but the mojitos are terrific and STRONG! Two of them sent be weaving out...into the street with a smile and I'm not a small man. Willie is a pleasure to talk to and Carlos is a very nice guy who tried to tailor the music that was being played to our tastes. And the Cuban photos and art work displayed add to the atmosphere. A friend of mine once said that the purpose of travel is to find as many great bars and good cheap restaurants as possible. A visit to La Casa Del Mojito will show you the wisdom of my friend's belief.More

I visit Cozumel several times a year and I always stop by La Casa Del Mojito. There have been some changes, but food and drink are still fantastic. The manager is Abraham and I guarantee you he will treat you great. He is always happy...to answer any questions I have about food, drink or just Cozumel in general. There are many great things on the menu, my favorite is the Cuban sandwich. I’m a beer man, but Abraham can mix you up any drink you may want. This is a must stop for me when in town . I highly recommend this place to everyone.More

Travelling Mexico for 4 weeks so far. Absolutely the best Mojito we have had here, probably ever actually. They will even explain the process they use to make it the traditional way it was first created. No short cuts!! A must visit. On a side...note the Cuban sandwich is fantastic also. Wish we didn’t only find it on our last nightMore
