We were in Cozumel for the International Triathlon World Championships. It was our first trip to Mexico. Taking a walk downtown we stopped to have dinner. What a treat to find this restaurant, the waiter was pleasant, the food was amazing in taste and presentation. We went back the next night! The chairs were a little uncomfortable, however that didn't... More

This place is a must in Cozumel. The tacos and pozole are amazing. We also had the queso fundido and it was awesome. We will always go back and eat there before boarding our ship. They have a good variety of food and all I can say is you gotta stop by Los Otates. You will not be disappointed.

We always stop by Los Otates for tacos when we are diving in Cozumel. Must have the beef cheeks and al pastor tacos. Free wifi, too. Nice addition is the cocktail bar adjacent to the restaurant. Definitely worth a visit and inexpensive.

We had The Best Pozole in San Miguel! Both Pork and Chicken Pozole were outstanding! The side dishes of chopped radishes, onions, peppers and lettuce, along with the baked chips, made for a spectacular Lunch! Super Yummy!!

We ended up going twice on this trip because it was walkable from our hotel. I like the pastor gringa tacos, and arrachera tacos or quesadillas here. Didn’t have as good of service at our other favorite taqueria but still a delicious, affordable meal. Tip: Sit at a table with a fan blowing in your direction

Visited here on my first night in Cozumel and it was a good start. The restaurant is simple but clean, the staff helpful & the food good.

This is the best place to get Tacos el Pastor bar none. You can't beat the prices either. I have been coming here for 6 or 7 years now. You can eat there (outdoor patio style) or take out. The guacamole is decent as well (how can you go wrong? well, i've had some pretty boring guac on the island)... More

Service was good and staff friendly but just found the pork burritos to be okay. Drinks were cold and prices were very reasonable.
