We had a whole fish last time - you pick it out of the cooler - yummy - we've never had bad food here. It is a fish market with a restaurant in back. Take a taxi if you aren't sure where you are going and then just walk back down town if you like to walk - it's really... More

I came here for lunch with my dive guide after some fantastic diving. I had the ceviche and a whole fried snapper: both were delicious! Highly recommend this place. It's kind of hard to go wrong with fresh fish here considering the place is both a restaurant and a fish-market. Service was also efficient and friendly. Slightly off the beaten... More

Recommended by the owner of the guest house. Walked about 30 minutes from the town centre, they serve really good deep fried fish and ceviches. It's worth going.

We love visiting this casual lunch spot when we are scuba diving in Cozumel. It's a small family owned and run fish market/restaurant with local prices and great food. Be sure to order fish- its very fresh and won't disappoint! The whole fish cost only 140 pesos (about $7.00). Beer is $1.50 each, how can you go wrong? Closed Mondays... More

Very nice and chill outdoor restaurant with fresh fish served whole and fried. Tortilla chips are possibly the best I've ever had, zero grease. I also tried the ceviche which was ok, fish was a little chewy and shrimp were not deveined so didn't enjoy it that much. Overall great experience and would recommend it for lunch.

My wife and I were first time visitors to Cozumel and our Tours Plaza-Day Tours driver asked us if we wanted lunch. When asked if we wanted beef, chicken or fish, we chose fish, and he said he was going to take us to one his favorite places. Pescaderia San Carlos is not on a major street in Cozumel, but... More

Best place for fresh fish. Off beaten path, in front of a house! People drive up for food to go, places to sit all outside! Excellent food! Highly recommend for a visit!
