I ate here twice. On a hot and humid night it's nice to come in and enjoy the AC and still have a good ocean view. I had one of their wraps which was basically chicken Caesar salad. It was excellent. This was one of my favorite places for quality food/value.

Thank you so very much for the great review! The secret to our wraps is that we find the freshest ingredients and make everything we can in-house - including our salad dressings! Thanks again, and please come and visit us again soon! More

Great atmosphere with ocean view. Great friendly staff. Good dessert and food. They have a few tvs and comfortable seats. We ate at twice.

I've spent a fair share of time at this Cafe, coming almost twice a week for work. It was lovely to return while on vacation with my friends. Many locals and cruise ship workers come here for the fresh options and the good wifi. There's a beautiful view of the port and a big menu with lots of options to... More

I go to Rock'n Java often, as we own a condo a block or so away. I love their coffee drinks, especially the iced ones, and haven't found a better burger on the island. The staff is wonderful, and the food is fresh. I also love the pecan pie. Haven't had breakfast here but have heard wonderful things. Will be... More

I was looking for a big salad for dinner and we found our way to Rock n Java. This is a small coffe house type place right on the beach looking westward. We each ordered salads - spinach and chef. The salads were fresh and very good. We had our meal listening to great music and watching the sun set.... More

Cozy atmosphere -- playing US seventies music. Fast free wi-fi, pleasant wait staff. Large menu of snacks and drinks -- sample the ice cream, pastry, and coffee drinks.

I was looking for a vegetarian friendly restaurant and Rock 'n Java was suggested by a local. It's a quaint waterfront restaurant with a/c and great food. I ordered the linguini marinara, which came with a salad (romaine, spinach, red cabbage, carrots & beets), two pieces of yummy garlic bread and a HUGE bowl of al dente fettuccine with a... More

Great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Not fancy but very nice, quiet place to eat a meal with family, catch up with friends or catch up on your emails. Food is very good... every thing I've had here has had good taste & eye appeal. Their tortilla soup is comfort food & a couple of their lemon drop martinis... More

Rock 'n Java is like a Cozumel Starbucks. Everyone who was there was linked into the internet while enjoying their coffee, breakfast, lunch or drinks. I had a caramel latte to start with that was amazing. For food my husband had the burger with cheese and bacon. It was so much better than any other burger we tried on the... More

We went here several times over a 2 month trip on the island. We had good and bad meals here. Good - veggie burger and veggie wrap. Brownie was also good. Bad - vegetarian fajitas (just plain steamed large cut veggies served with rice and refried beans on tortillas - I don't understand why it couldn't have been more tasty/original.).... More

First of all thank you very much for sharing your review. We believe customer feedback is very, very important, so important in fact, that Lisa Ramirez - the owner and also a vegetarian - went into the kitchen with Chef Mario yesterday and completely re-worked the vegetarian fajitas recipe. We've changed up the veggies, created a new marinade, and we... More

Description
Healthful is the key word. The extensive breakfast menu offers such delights as whole-wheat French toast and cheese blintzes. For lunch or dinner, consider the vegetarian tacos or lasagna, or choose from the selection of more than a dozen salads. To balance things out there are scrumptious pies, cakes, and pastries baked daily on the premises. Enjoy your healthy meal or sinful snack while sitting on the wrought-iron studio chairs and watching the waterfront out back.
