We stopped into Coconuts as part of a self guided beach bar tour of the east side of the island in Aug'16; and so had only one beer. Coconuts is on a cliff 60 feet above the ocean with a magnificent view. Some seating is outside under umbrellas and some is 'inside', though the wall is still open to the... More

Coconuts has a great location, that's for sure. We enjoyed sitting up on the cliff overlooking the water as we enjoyed drinks and guacamole. We rented a scooter to explore this side of the island and found this place much nicer than Rasta's.

This was a fun place to go. Ordered nachos and was surprised at how different they were compared to what we get in the US. But they were great! Tortillas with chicken and melted cheese. Simple and tasty. It was quaint, on the beach, and tables on the sand. Good place to stop and have frio cervesa. Note to self:... More

Coconuts has become a "go to" place for us when on the island of Cozumel... and hiring a taxi for the day makes stopping here a no-brainer as you go around the island savoring a variety of stops along the way! Would strongly recommend stopping here, and getting a table out on the cliff... the views are worth it!

Situated on a cliff, this sandy bar is surrounded by trees, has a hammock enclave, and brilliant views of the sea. We had a snack there and drinks quickly before they closed. The beauty & serenity is worth the drive. Comes with parrots, cats & dogs to welcome you (if they get up from their nap).

We have visited Cozumel many times over the past twenty years. We found Coconuts on one of our first visits and we make it a point to dine here on each visit. Open air, on a cliff overlooking the ocean, the view is great. You may have a stray chicken or iguana pass by your table, no issue. Food and... More
