We've been to Cozumel many times, and always visit Los Cincos Soles on the north end of town for souvenirs and tequila. In the centre courtyard there, you'll find Poncho's Backyard.
They still have the best jumbo margaritas on the island, and the kids love...More

Yes there are 2 locations in Cozumel. There is 1 located at the Forum Shops uptown and then one located at then at the pier next to the International Pier. Don't worry, it's only about a 5-10 min flat walk depending on how fast you walk. There is shops at both piers that you can shop at when you visit Cozumel. The Forum Shops are about 3 miles away and you can get a taxi for $8-$12. There's a lot to see in that area of Cozumel as well. Have fun, explore and happy eating.

We all have our own preferences for how and where we travel. While your suggestion to stay for a week or two in a destination and experience a different perspective is valid, we would not stay in Cozumel - there are much better destinations in the Caribbean to spend time in one place. Regarding your cruise ship comments, pardon me, but your ignorance is showing.....Maritime environmental laws are strict and comprehensive. All cruise ships must conform to high standards and inspections.
Did you know each ship has a full water waste treatment facility onboard? Plus a comprehensive water desalinization plant that converts enough sea water into fresh water to supply more than enough water for daily needs. And that all paper/cardboard waste is compacted, bundled and strapped, and off loaded for recycling when the ship returns to port? And the same goes for all glass products and all plastic products.....Are you or your community that environmentally responsible and efficient? Probably not. Educate yourself before you spew your negative uniformed garbage. Visit any cruise line website and learn what cruise ship operations really do to protect the environment. Oh, and I would guess you have never traveled on a cruise ship in your life.....Things that make you go “Hmmmmmm”.....

Everything here is made from scratch. Custom requests are welcome. Explain what you need and be very clear if there is an allergy issue. Ask for a manager if you are concerned. They take all customers needs seriously.
