The food is tipically american(burgers etc) and quite pricey for mexico. we paid 120$ for 4 burgers and 4 drinks. there is live music wich is good but all they play is american music. The quality of food is good (for a burger) but it is for people who are not interested in latin vibe that you get in cozumel.... More

Good food, a break from the Cruise Ship. Nice setting, very loud however. Typical Hard Rock food, done fairly well, given it's not in the US. Good service. Very convenient to the ship dock.

The food was over done and the quality is not like it is the states, the wait staff was friendly but slow.

The only thing I like about this place is getting t-shirts for all the kids in our family. Otherwise with so many great local places to dine, it wouldn't waste my time here.

Hard Rock Café has moved its location across from El Cid/La Ceiba Hotel. It is very nice and new. They offer live music to listen to. I didn't see anyone dancing. I stopped in to check out new digs.

Love the HR. We had a great time. Food, drinks, and service was great. Fun for the whole family. Rock Shop had wide range of souvenirs.

This place moved from downtown to the Royal Shops across from the main Cruise Ship Terminal. We were staying at Park Royal and decided to walk over around 8pm and we would have been the only ones there so we left. In speaking with another guest I was informed the original location downtown was closed by Hard Rock because the... More

We arrived around 7pm on a Saturday night, it was totally dead. There was not even one person on the first floor and the (nicer, better) second floor was closed for a private party, or they were just too lazy to open it for one family. Really sorry atmosphere. Avoid.

Stopped for a beverage and a little Latino hospitality. Enjoyed the drink and service, atmosphere was different than American Hard Rocks, a little quiet but good. Its just outside the International Cruise Terminal so if your walking, its a great first stop. Lots to see and do close by.

Food was decent but overpriced. Assume because it's right outside of where the cruise ships let the passengers off.
