Decidimos cenar y celebrar el cumple de uno de mis amigos en Navíos. Primero, el lugar es bello con un decor muy lindo que llama la atención. Segundo, el servicio de nuestros meseros, Quinto y compañero Braulio, fue excelente. Desde bajarnos las cortinas por la...lluvia, asegurar que nuestro amigo disfrutará de una ocasión muy especial hasta darnos información de cómo buscar transportación para regresar a nuestro hotel. Quinto fue muy atento desde el principio hasta el fin. Tercero, la comida estuvo deliciosa! Mi plato fuerte fue el fettuccine con camarones. Súper sabroso! De postre tuve la “delicia de chocolate” con un pastel cremoso que está seguro de dejarte satisfecho. Para terminar, nos paso a visitar pánfilo el lagarto para asegurar que nos despidiéramos bien. Tienen que comer en Navíos y darse la oportunidad de tener una experiencia llena de rica comida, amabilidad y sorpresas! :) … We decided to eat at Navíos to celebrate a friends birthday while visiting Cancun. Firstly, the place is beautiful with decor that’s sure to catch your eye. Secondly, the service of our waiters Quinto and Braulio was excellent! From bringing down our curtains when the rain started, to bringing them up again when it stopped, making sure our birthday friend had a special time to giving us information about how to get transportation back to our hotel. Quinto was very attentive from the beginning to the very end! Third, the food was delicious. I had fettuccine with shrimp as my main dish paired with “delicia de chocolate” for dessert! So yummy! The cake was creamy and sure to leave you satisfied! To finish off, we were paid a visit by Panfilo de alligator to Make we had a proper goodbye. You have got to eat at Navíos and give yourself the opportunity to have an experience filled with yummy food, kindness and surprises!More

Quinto and Braulio were the best servers! 10/10 attention and super speedy service! Quinto also informed us when the crocodile came out! Overall, views were amazing and service was great!

The best service with a wonderful view

The wait staff was superb! Our server Quinto was the very best, he’s attentive and made wonderful recommendations on the menu items. Braulio was another server so was also very pleasant. The food was yummy and the price was reasonable. On the menu yhey have...tons of options for seafood, a few pastas, chicken and beef dishes also available. We were lucky enough to see Panfilo also, be sure to ask about him 😉More

Excellent food and amazing service

Max was a wonderful server and provided great recommendations on the food. This place had great views, great food and refreshing drinks. Definitely try the pescadillas and any of the pulpo dishes!

Absolutely Fabulous

Definitely recommend coming to to this beautiful restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing, drinks were very tasty, and the service was beyond words!! Best sunset dinner!

The setting is perfect at sunset. We had the entire staff check up on us regularly, especially Alberto May, who made our experience the most pleasant! He was very friendly, attentive and efficient! We will come back again!

Great food, service and ambience

Solo traveller but felt really welcome. Good was delicious, live music a nice touch and all service friendly and helpful including Quinto. Highly recommend for groups as well as solo travellers. Great setting for a special occasion (but on the water so be sure to...use bug spray before attending, even if the staff do offer this!)More

Fair price/Delicious Seafood/Superb service.

Ambiance is spectacular with table service in open air or on the dock at the restaurant. Service is on point. Friendly and professional servers. Pech was our server, and he was superb. Excellent seafood (especially the blue crab). Price point is appropriate for the food...and area. Navios is located in Cancun's hotel zone.More

Great Sunset Dinner

Really beautiful last night dinner. Food is fantastic. The desserts and specialty drinks you need to be selective on what you order. The sunset was perfect. The music was fun. Delicious food, beautiful surroundings, top notch service

This restaurant is situated on the edge of a lagoon, with seating on a series of docks. We went at sunset, and the change in atmosphere from day to night was perfect. Our server, Carlos, recommended one of their specialties, bone marrow and roasted octopus....It was delicious! Definitely something we would not have ordered on our own, and so glad he did! We started with blue crab ceviche and almost licked the plate clean. The service was friendly and attentive. We will definitely return.More

Amazing food- accommodating to gluten free diet

Best food in cancun

We came here two days in a row and the best seafood I've had in a long time. The octopus and tuna tartar was amazing. If tou want great drinks and amazing food. This is the place to come. Nice service and interior designs

Gabriel was a nice server greeting us well!! It was my friend’s 30th birthday dinner and he served a nice birthday cake and a cocktail. It is a beautiful and classy place. Also, we got a nice photo :) thanks for making us good memories...in Cancun. I highly recommend this place!More

It depends where in the hotel zone you’re staying. This hotel is literally opposite the hotel Oleo which is at the start of the hotel zone about 15 mins from the airport
