Restaurant was part of the all inclusive meals for the Krystal. Very good authentic Mexican food. The brunch on Sunday is wonderful and dinner is great.

Service and food were great! There is live mariachi and they go table to table while they are singing. My friends and I went there twice during our stay in Cancun because it was so delicious and fun environment! Our servers were George and Jose - highly recommend them!

Good restaurant. Live sound with 'Mariachis' and sympathetic waiters. Good dishes variety . The house speciality is the margarita. The cost is more or less the same of other restaurants in Cancun area, not cheap, not so expensive.

Fantastic restaurant with the real Mexican flavor and the best service. A warm welcome and dedicated customer service makes the difference. We are treated like friends by Jorge our super waiter always looking after us. A must try if you are around. We highly recommend the Sunday's Buffett. Take a look at my pictures of all the traditional Mexican dishes... More

We walked passed Hacienda el Mortero several times without noticing it until someone recommended it. It was easy to miss but definitely worth going to. The food, atmosphere and service were great. I enjoyed the Tres Mole Pollo. The chicken was a bit different than I expected but it was very good.

The restaurant was excellent. The drinks were perfect and the food was really good. The only complaint was that it was a little loud. Will definitely be going back to the restaurant.

Sorry people this place has bad service and bad food. All items I order where bad not real Mexican food. The waiters are rude if you don't order alcohol. I order mix fajitas and only got 2 shrimps and the steak was rare. I would go somewhere else.

Thank Saul A
