The food is delicious. The hot foie grass is to die for. It is a quaint little place about 30min drive from Hotel Zone. Peter is a superb chef and yet unpretentious. Best meal in Cancun.

The food was pretty good, the owner was very friendly and came over and greeted us. If you want a relatively intimate, authentic Italian meal this would be a good option. We just wanted somewhere with safe, fresh, Italian options with a comfortable intimate environment and this was definitely it.

Food was excellent just as we expected, had the sea bass and ravioli to start which were both gorgeous, the main courses I had the chicken with fettuccine which was perfect, my girlfriend had the shrimp fettuccine which she enjoyed. We managed to squeeze in dessert which was also very nice! Personally I think it's very cheap for what you... More

We tried peters based on reviews. It's out of the way from hotel zone about a $15 taxi ride. Small little place. Only about 8 tables. The service was wonderful chef coming out to say hello but to be honest our food was just so so. Not memorable ... Hubby had brisket and he didn't like it at all. The... More

I saw this on Tripadvisor and my wife and I decided to give it a try. It was #1 and had great reviews. We got a cab at the Westin and the bell people along with the cab did not know where it was. I got the taxi driver and Peter's talking on the phone and 15 min later we... More

We have been here yearly since he opened 6 years ago and have always looked forward to the next visit. Service is friendly and treat you like family (this is a family run operation). The food is top notch and reasonable for the quality, presentation and taste. We shared the grav loc salmon which he makes there and is wonderful.... More

I wanted to try a new restaurant in Cancun so looked at TripAdvisor for help. Peter's Restaurant came up as consistently good so we thought we'd try it. Definitely have to make reservations because it's fairly small. So glad we did! Although the taxi driver had trouble finding it, we arrived and were greeted with big smiles and warm "hellos".... Second trip to Cancun in twelve months. We had read the #1 reviews and others weren't wrong. We were warmly greeted when we arrived. One of our favorite cruise ship pinot grigios was on the list. Service was on point. Everything we ordered was outstanding. Tab was surprisingly reasonable. Nice chat with the Dutchman while we waited for a cab.... More

Our hotel was in the Zona Hotelera, so we had our fair share of the "touristy" restaurants located nearby. Being that I always want to experience our trip like locals, I decided to venture away from the area for our last dinner in Cancun. Peter's Restaurante came up and I quickly made reservations for our last night. (Side note: make... More

We chose Peters based on the rave reviews on TripAdvisor. We were not disappointed The restaurant has a wonderful quaint atmosphere. The service was impeccable, and every dish was memorable. We loved having Chef Peter come to our table to discuss our selections, then he followed up with another visit to see how we enjoyed it. Wonderful experience and I... More

Description
Peter's Restaurant...Where flavors & feeling meet...Peter really likes and wants to Cook and please his guests with a memorable dinner in a cozy setting with personal attention from himself, his wife Claudia and son Eder. Small, cozy restaurant where one feels at home while enjoying an excellent dinner. Interesting menu with a different flair in dishes and preparations, Good Wine list with also options by the glass.
