Bad experience, waiting for dinner for a place about 20 min, the waiter told us for a place to sit but he decided to give it to a french group. Mezzaluna is close to this restaurant with better service.
The time comes to all of us when we hanker after Italian food. If you need a break from the excellent local Mexican cuisine this is recommended. Very extensive pizza and pasta choices in central location. Inexpensive.
Very cosy small restaurant. The owner was super friendly and hospitable.
We ordered 2 entradas: bruschetta and salad -> super good!! And next we ordered 2 pizzas and a pasta -> even better!! Especially the pizza de la casa. The wine is okay for being...More
We were looking for a traditional pizza but didn't want to visit an American chain that was 3 blocks away. The pizza was really tasty and the atmosphere was great. We had a table with a view of the street. The service was very good....More
We went there during the fiesta Muertos 2018. We waited 1h to get 1 lasagna and 2 pasta. The tuna pasta were a joke, a kid would do better, just two little pieces of disgusting tuna with still many water on the plate.
We have been there in the night after a procession to the day of the dead which is celebrating in Oaxaca over few days. We ordered a delicious pizza with a glass of red wine, after that we had the Tiramisu which was better in...More

Great little Italian restaurant with a Mexican touch. Ordered the Margherita pizza and fungi risotto. The pizza was amazing and risotto was a bit on the spicy side. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for great pizza and cozy ambiance.
The food was fine. The salad was less than impressive, no dressing. For 135 pesos it was really expensive. The pizzas were good but there are better pizzas available in Oaxaca and close by. For the price it was overrated.
