Great spot for lunch and dinner. He promotes local ingredients and Mexican wine. The food is exciting and delicious. The grilled salad was so good! The pork sous-vide was also a huge hit and the grilled quail got a thumbs up! Don't miss it.

We went to top chef Rodolfo Castellanos' highly rated restaurant on the recommendation on other local Oaxacacanos and we were not disappointed. We went early and got there just before the surge. Service was tops the line. The hand made pasta with Cheriche and salchica...More

Fresh local ingredients and custom spiced for your taste. We particularly liked the octopus and pasta dishes.
