We had a quick late dinner with excellent mole and good service. (And can also recommend a good local beer, Santa helodia.)

My girlfriend and I had dinner at the terrace. Waiter service was very good and offered us as courtesy the Mole sampler with seven different types (our favorite was the Black Mole). We highly recommend the "surtido" dish so you can try some of the...More

Several locals recommended this place. I speak fluent Spanish and it´s a good thing because the waiters were not accommodating. (There is no English menu available.) They didn't take time with us and gave the busboy to attend to us. But the food was another...More

This was the best mole we had in Oaxaca. The food is very typical and delicious. You can ask for a tasting of the seven moles they offer, before choosing which one you want to feast on. Definitely recommended.

Nice enough place, but the food was nothing special. Oaxacan green vegetable soup was quite good; the selection of moles tasted under-seasoned, and the chicken in them was dry and stringy. There are many better restaurants in Oaxaca.More

I'll start with the good points, the food was fantastic and they have an option to try all seven Oaxaca mole's. For somebody new to moles this was a great way to taste them all before ordering a whole meal of one mole. However (now...More

I'm very sorry to read this. We going to talk with the staff. Sometimes we want to offer the best for our clients and invite to try "all the menu" and then the bill is more than you expect. It is not an advantage. Our...More

Maybe it was our lack of Spanish in picking out the food but I was disappointed. My food was not interesting, we did not get the mix of mole to choose from. The Caesar Salad was fun to watch being mixed but tasted average. With...More

The service was really extraordinary. It was my first restaurant in Oaxaca and the waiter explained the dishes patiently, in Spanish, and advised me. What a wonder restaurant to be introduced to Oaxacan cuisine. Highly recommended.

Los Paco's 7 Moles enhance and magnify the culinary fusion with the variety of flavours, colors and ingredients within. Oaxacan 7 Moles are product of the evolution of Mexican history culture where food is now considered as UNESCO intangible cultural heritage that summon the ancestral way of life. Our handmade Oaxacan Mole sauces are considered a culinary experience that involves several processes of transformation where all the ingredients fried, baked or smoked, mixed with the other fresh ingredients in a slow cook period in copper pots into a slow and low fires traditional of mexican gastronomy.
