Guria is a Classic Spanish Restaurant. You get what you expect nothing more nothing less. I feel it is an honest place (NOT pretentious). The main dishes are Spanish classics like esfofados, Paella, Diferrent degrees of Serrano (aged, Habugo, etc) Hams. Fabada, Potato (tortilla), Gazpacho, Cocido Madrileño and the typical Spanish Dessert... Tarta Santiago. They have week specials so you... More

It used to be very good, with fresh products made with Original Spanish ingredients. The last 2 times we have been there it has been simply awful. Food tasteless and exhorbitantly expensive for what you get. There are much better options in the city. Service still good though.

A fine Spanish restaurant with decades of experience in Mexico City. Their location in Santa Fe is becoming a crowded area, so entering the spacious dining area is a nice welcome. Food is great and should follow the maitre daily specials.

This one of the best Spanish restaurants in Mexico with top quality in service, food and environment. Either the Polanco or Santa Fe locations are quite good.

The chef has failed to change the menu over the course of the restaurants lifetime. Very good basque ingredients poorly cooked and prepared in an absurd attempt to delight palates. This is a typical basque restaurant. So it should transmit a message of basque flavors. Failing in that aspect could cost the life of the restaurant long term. The overall... More

We went for lunch. A lot of seating space at lunch. I hear it gets really crowded at dinner and weekends. We had a series of appetizers. All delicious. The service was extremely good. I had fish for lunch and it was exquisite. The portions are sized just right. Definitely need to go back.

A beautiful setting houses an excellent retaurant, with outstanding service. Paella is delicious, as well as huevos rotos. A good wine list, with many spanish & mexican labels. A great place for friends.

The decor is great, the service is first rate (elegant and friendly at the same time) and the food is superb. You have to try the Ham Croquetas. They are wonderful.

Beautiful deco and high-end ambiance. Attractive wine list -non expensive-. A menu with something for every taste. Both owners most kind & wonderful people; one of them being the Chef, the other the Administrator. There are many good things to try (if you like Spanish food) my favorite is "Bacalao Sevillana" shredded Cod with tomato sauce, olives, olive oil. Comes... More

Extensive menu, good place but you pay for it (you could get same quality food for a more reasonable price at other spanish restaurants). Mainly a restaurant were you see a business crowd.
