I had dinner with my wife. Our table was on the 2nd floor with the view of Japanese garden, which had bamboos, small rivers and stones and was the same as the one in Japan. We ordered Chef’s Menu at 925 Pesos (60USD) including approx. 10 meals and dessert. All the meals were tasty and nice presentations and they were... More

Even when you are not mexican and just visiting, this restaurant is a must so you can say you visit Mex.City. A classic for food, When you tried already 3 or 4 mexican restaurants go for Suntory. Best ingredients, atmosphere, an Oasis for Lomas de Chapultepec which is becoming more and more crowded.

The attention, the food quality, good portions and the constant introduction of new dishes, makes this place a sure bet If you don't want to disappoint. You may find new and cooler places but so many years in the market talk by themselves. If... More

One of the first fine Japanese restaurants in Mexico. Oldie but goodie. Make sure you specify what room you want to be in, depending on whether you want a Benihana type common grill table, shabu shabu, or sushi...

Consistency is the word for this place, from the moment you walk in until they deliver your car up front. The quality of the food, the outstanding service and the friendly attention to details. Don't leave without having a dragon roll and a prime rib teppanyaki.

The mood its kind a familiar and business. The food is amazing, you could start by ordering the butter clams and a dobi mushy soup. For shearing you could have... More

Apart from being very well decorated, with a typical Japanese garden inside of it, Suntory has a wide menu with options of sushi and sashimi as well as the tepan - made live in grill in front of you. The vegetals are really fresh and so is meat and fish. We chose the mixed teppan, and belive me: it was... More

Maybe best japanese restaurant in Mexico City but far, very far, from what you find in many other countries - Overrated and expensive!

Traditional Japanese food. Every time I go there I have the degustation menu which includes Ribeye or Shrimp Teppanyaki, tempura, sushi, yakimeshi and delicious dessert. It costs around 560 MXN. And my favorite area of the restaurant is in the Teppanyaki area, some tables have a splendorous garden view. Highly recommendable restaurant. Delicious food and great service.
