Suntory is a japanese restaurant that has been around forever. It now has a lot of competition from some smaller buy very refined japanese restaurants. Everything is VERY fresh( at japanese food needs to be) and the Suntory Brand is a guarantee. The most interesting sushi are their own creations which are japanese-Mexican fusion and to be honest, a lot... More

Who would have thought that there would be a decent Japanese restaurant in the heart of Mexico City? The dining area is has all glass walls and looks out on a beautiful garden surrounding the restaurant. Very pleasant. It is an oasis in the heart of the Lomas neighborhood. You can get all kinds of Japanese food here, but the... More

I asked for a teppan grill and, just as we started to eat, a guy sitting just beside my table, with just one window between us, started smoking a cigar. Supposedly the place has some kind of silicone to avoid odors coming in but to no avail. 8,500 pesos afterwards, i was smelling like I was the one who smoked... More

Suntory is known to be one of the best and the most expensive Japanese restaurants in Mexico city. It serves nice foods compare to majority Japanese restaurants in Mexico but still long way to go. For the price, I don't think it is worth it.

A top notch Japanese restaurant in DF. Simple and elegant, with great food and excellent service, a bit pricey, but worth it. We went with a group of omnivores, but as a vegetarian I found it hard to eat and feel satisfied with the menu options.

This restaurant is a very traditional Japanese restaurant in Mexico City! It's been open for a really long time and it have never went down on quality or any other thing! The place is really big and nice, decoration is not new at all but is very elegant and very Japanese! The food is absolutely amazing, I couldn't tell you... More

Suitably located in Reforma area, tourist area. Excellent ambience. Foods served esp. Veg Sushie and fried rice with Japanese Sake wine was amazing. Cooks prepared variety of dishes for my colleagues and all enjoyed. I enjoyed various vegetarian mix stuff such as sprouts, spinach, mushrooms with delicious soya sauce.

Japanese meets Mexican flavors, and what a result. If you are in town plan to visit this place, Mexico has a lot more to offer than Tacos. The flavor of the rolls are very unique and fantastic, I like the crunch and mix of flavors, love it. The price is not bad for "American standards", you have world class service,... More

This place is delicious! They have a great variety of Japanese food... From sushi and soups to desserts. The staff is really nice and patient. Make sure to ask for specials! The suggestions they gave me were awesome. The green tea ice cream was also delicious!

I had dinner with my wife. Our table was on the 2nd floor with the view of Japanese garden, which had bamboos, small rivers and stones and was the same as the one in Japan. We ordered Chef’s Menu at 925 Pesos (60USD) including approx. 10 meals and dessert. All the meals were tasty and nice presentations and they were... More
