I had the fish ceviche as starter and shrimp a la veracruzana which were both truly enjoyable. I also had the opportunity to try a bit of the fish rebusado which I will definitely order next time. The portions were really big so my lunch was really filling but managed the irresistible fresh mango for dessert.

Los Canarios is in the Marquis hotel on the Reforma. We had tapas style with a variety of starters. Specially exquisite was the grilled Octopus which would just melt in the mouth.

We had a great dinner and the best part was the excellent service provided by everyone, especially Juan Arenas.

Place is nice to see some soccer games for lunch, has a lot of homestyle food where you can get soups, salads, fish, steak. It is good to eat there if you are around, not a fancy place and not that expensive

While visiting family, we stopped here for lunch and it was a great. We were able to get a table near the glass which does slide open and give you a seat near the street. Don't worry about the noise because you are far enough away that it will not interrupt your conversation. Not sure if the menu changes, but... More

While the food and service was good, let me preface my review with an issue I had. We were there for lunch, and ordered a Bacalao (codfish) dish, some tacos, and beers and bottled water. Before the food came, the waiter brought a basket of bread and chips, and 2 different containers of salsas - red and green. Being from... More

Had one of my better business dinners of year in this fine table cloth establishment. Ordered ten to fifteen tapas style entrees through course of two hours. Enough cervezas and top shelf margaritas to drown a pescado! Very premium drinks, but perhaps not strong. Quality prevails sometimes. The duck is amazing. The sweet natural taste exhibits itself in Canarios's preparation... More

My husband and I had a lovely meal here on our first night back inMexico city. The service was excellent and the decor was pleasent. The only oddity was the televisions every where, but after visiting a few restaurants around that appears to be not unusual

Some local colleagues took me here for lunch whilst in Mexico City for a couple of days. Food was absolutely delicious. Great atmosphere. Had the fish and it was cooked perfectly. Would recommend.

Very good Mexican restaurant in the Polanco area of Mexico City. Good sports bar atmosphere with high quality ingredients and excellent service. If you fancy some traditional Mexican food Los Canarios is for you.
