No complaints, but it's nothing great either. Steaks are well cooked, sides are tasty, nice desserts. Excellent wine let. But not blown away by any aspect. Quality is there and it's very reliable. Ok value.

I am here on business to Mexico City and staying in the President Hotel which happens to have The Palm restaurant within. I love every single piece of food that we had tonight, from the beetroot salad with goats cheese to the surf and turf, incredible. Lovely service and a bonus you can eat outside at the back and have... More

The iconic Palm has a relatively smaller restaurant at the Intercontinental in Santa Fe, Mexico City. I was a bit skeptical, but must say that the entire staff was professional, well trained, and spot on for high service. The food was delivered promptly, cooked exactly the way I ordered A talented Sommelier had the wine list on an iPad. A... More

Great burger, with a very welcome bowl of jalapeños on the side. Perfectly cooked, but huge so couldn't find the space for desert or coffee

We came for lunch . The beef carpaccio was huge and had loads of thinly sliced beef - not to sure about the parmassan or the salad it came with and it lacked some flavour The chicken escalope was beaten to wafer thin and a healthy goats cheese ,fig and pecan salad - again it looked impressive but flavour was... Another great vegetarian meal in a steak house. Started with the garlic soup, then for the main course a 1/2 order of grilled vegetables and their famous baked potato. I could not finish all the food or did I have room for dessert. I look forward to returning.

I had lunch today at the Palm, at the Intercontinenal. I had been there many times before and the food has always been good. After today, they lost a customer and all the people I have brought there over the years. We went for a light lunch, me and a business associate. We order some salad, and were going through... More
